Sailing the Inside Passage solo to Shultz Cove; finally some smooth sailing (c01 p13)

Sailing the world has always been a dream, but can dreams come true? In this episode, I start documenting my journey to buy a sailboat and eventually sail the world. I first needed to purchase a sailboat and sail it up the inside passage from Seattle Washington to Sitka Alaska.
In this episode I sail from Ship Cove to Shulze Cove. After a long night with little rest I depart Ship Cove and continue North through cold and rainy weather reaching Warm Spring Bay where I spend the night. I awake in the morning to my delight and find a sunny, clear, and calm day. Wanting to take advantage of the good weather, considering I'm hand steering the whole day, I depart through perfect conditions reaching Shulze Cove that night where I reflect on my last night at anchor.

Excellent video and good job on putting in a caption where the noise level was up. The scenery is absolutely spectacular! What are you going to do when your Sitka voyage is completed? I am sure going to miss your videos! I'm sure you will be fine on the last 6 hours in.

Thanks! As I continue to learn more about my editing software the more options I have. Actually looking at new software with even more options for the future. As far as future plans, I live in Sitka so will likely focus on things I've learned along the way, learning to actually sail, and my trips I take in the area... but haven't really decided. Thanks for watching, I'm hoping this is only the beginning of trips to come.
