you may want to keep the grey water hose and water hose in seperate places just to be sure you do not contaminate the water-hose.😉 same reason you do not fill up you water at the dump station tap .
We have a 2 year old and are not sure if we can use a camper van for our NZ trip. We've seen some reddit threads talking about whether the rear seats in a camper van are legally ("crash tested") and functionally safe for installing a kid's car seat. Did you guys encounter this issue too? Thanks!
Sweet layout! What make/model/year is it built on? How tall is it? How many people max can ride in it? Can sleep in it? What gas mileage did it get? How much did it cost/day to rent, and what did they charge as extras? Can you mount bikes on the ladder on back? Thanks
This one is for 4 people! You can see all the specs and details here and yes the ladder on the back is for bikes! www.wilderness.co.nz/motorhome-hire-nz/twin-king-for-4/?Media%20hire&Social
Many thanks for sharing. Are linens, pillows, and blankets provided by Wilderness? Can you also advise how much you are charged for the internet package using their Wi-Fi router? Thanks for the inputs in advance Charlie
Hi, if lets say i book motorhome at queenstown, can i leave it at different state (eg. christchurch)?? Is this possible to be done, have u left ur RV at different state before?? :))
@@earnearn6398 yes it is! For this trip we ended up with a ton of rain in the forecast and they let us return to Christchurch instead of Auckland as planned
@@heathandalyssa oh wow thanks alot, cuz i wanted a 1-way rental & wondering if Wilderness will provide such service :) my 1st time wanting to camp out in motorhome btw :))
We lived in a 1994 coachman for a few years paying down debt. But parked it on a lake in Texas for a while and it felt like a lake house! (Except when it rained and leaked!)
OH I love that storage of the coffee cups and stuff. Really smart.
So smart! No other RV rental does this and it is so helpful to have! Also means you can have real dishes instead of plastic.

Yep everything was included! I don’t recall the cost of the internet but you can get a quote on their website.

Just looked up the cost…NZ$18,000 for 26 days😮. Do you have any recommendations for somewhere between this and Budget?
@@Katie-26 oh geez that seems insane?? Ours definitely were never that high but there are other companies like Maui that are cheaper
Where did Heath get his excellent hat?
At a flea market in New Orleans ten years ago but he found it on Amazon and reorders it regularly now! amzn.to/3UGitEJ
Damn. Must be nice. I LIVE In a 😎1997 GMC Safari van BECAUSE I HAVE TO
I still love it tho. For example. Tonight I am relaxing in an awesome room at Harrahs Lake Tahoe (under $100 US off season)
