Hi I just bought a new home and it came with a pool with 1 of these things attached to it.. do u have any more information about... will gradually appreciate it
Hi. My cap started leaking water and I don't understand what the problem is. I haven't replaced the mineral activation cartridge yet for this upcoming season, but I'm wondering if maybe that's playing a role. I would think the locking system is its own thing but maybe with that cartridge being lighter maybe its not holding the water pressure in check. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Update: Put a new mineral activation cartridge in but got the same result. I don't get it. Very frustrated with this thing. It feels like a money pit.
I have 3 different outputs depending on which one I want it to come out of. One goes directly into the pool, or I can have it go to 4 solar heaters, or lastly I can have it go to a fountain setup if the water gets to warm.
I hope anyone using this system is keeping up with the stabilizer level because the torpedo pacs contain tri-chlor tablets. As long as this system is running, it's continuously introducing cyanuric acid into your pool which should be maintained between 20 and 50 ppm and can only be removed by draining and refilling. That gets expensive, wasteful and time consuming. Personally, I'd stay away from this system. Research the dangers of high cyanuric acid levels.
Is there a certain way that the water enters the frog? There are no arrows on the frog that show the flow of water to the pool
My pool guys cut the top open of the chlorine pack of the frog and add their own tablets
Works fine and it’s a real
Savings from 30$ per pack
How many gallons is your pool. I’ve always used a salt system and sand filter. Our new pool guy is recommending this set up and it’s all new to me.
I have a 24 foot 15000 gallon

It's the o-ring on the cap that needs replaced or lubed.
What were all those pipes going to?
