Did you have to increase the dial because of the different size tabs? I was at 3 and found that I had to increase the dial to 8 to get enough chlorine into the pool.
I just bought six of the wrong gd bac pacs, they say for all of these models and the first 3 were the same first three listed on the original, guess what, they don't fit. Thanks for the tip I am now going to transfer the contents over
If the chlorine mixture or contents aren’t the same as the original Frog Torpedo pack, doesn’t it defeat the purpose of using the Frog system? I’ll pass on this idea and spend the $20 for a guaranteed system that works and keeps my pool water safe with the least amount of chlorine chemical usage:-/
@@hectorkattiegarcia7873 chlorine is chlorine. Don't be fooled. As long as you replace your mineral pack every season it will be fine. Or just keep throwing away $$$

You want to use 99% trichlor. 1” or 3 “

Can you use granulated chlorine
I've been using this technique but I get water in at the top of the cartridge. Any idea on how to waterproof the top after cutting?
I used liquid tape instead of duct tape and that helped waterproof the top end.

Yeah but are your chlorine tablets the very same chemical components as the Frog 🐸? "Cheap"er chlorine tablets are really bad for your pool
