This week I've just been calling myself the wounded warrior. Instead of getting down on myself for struggling I'll make it a cool thing, I'm more likely to do my work if I feel like I'm destined for success. Corny as fuck but I've always been corny
I like to grip the everliving shit out the bar. And tell it a couple different things😮 “I shouldn’t be scared of the bar, the bar should be scared of me”😂 Or my favorite “if we die we die, but I’ve got a job to do”
Thats a good question, a cut yes will certainly happen though i wont take it to the point of leanness that my performance starts tanking. It was actually supposed to happen before the road to 405 but i got excited to start that one. Ill probably try to allocate a little bit of training to muscles that should be a bit bigger before the cut but id have a hard time settling into full blown bodybuilding training because I view a lot of the strength i have achieved as a byproduct of being willing to chip away at the same things year round and time away from working on that usually rubs me the wrong way mentally
Honestly between in person work, online work, and cooking/eating all my meals this late in the block I havent had as much time as id like. But before things picked up I was dabbling with xdefiant and also downloaded skyrim on my switch which i was digging! Got any recommendations for hopefully sooner or later when I have the time again?

On the topic of meals i came across a dude on insta sharing protein dense recipes you can do in a slow cooker which I thought was pretty gangster. Fuck standing over the frying pan turning the ground beef over and over... idk how you do that shit bro you're a freak.
would you ever write a book or series of articles about your knowledge and positions on training and nutrition and such or will you just stick to videos?
