Yes! Super helpful. Our instructions didn’t have us to put the piece for water regulation on first so we did the entire install and then got soaked because water was flying out from the neck. After we watched this video we went back connected it to the neck and VOILA🎉 Great unit but the instructions provided in box weren’t the best. Thanks again!

Thanks for that super easy looking install video. I bought a similar one from Amazon that had a filter, and a lot of other extra pieces and I don’t know if something was missing, but I never did get it installed for quite some time so I sent them both back. I’m gonna go look for one of these, it gets straight to the point as far as installation goes.

I use my rubber dish gloves 🧤 to tighten up the pipes sit grabs it beyond my ability and leaves it scratch free 😊

Were the orings pre-installed in your unit too? I looked in the box and didn't find anything resembling the orings, but I notice there's black rubber inside the hex screw. But I still got soaked when running the unit. Tightening helped a little bit, but I still see a bit of water flowing through the three way flow connector. I'm wondering if I'm missing the oring or if it's something else.

hi UA-cam people! I was wondering if it was required, or good practice to put the teflon tape on the other connections (to the arm bar and hose attachment). I saw other videos of them putting the tape at those joints as well, but was wondering if the washers were sufficient to stop any leaks down the road

Great question! Hopefully the UA-cam world will deliver and informed answer.

@@ReviewsUnscripted Rubber washers are the only things you need to give a water tight connection at wall pipe. I found teflon tape not necessary anywhere at all, and actually caused leaks. Also use an "adjustable wrench" , not pliers. The rubber O rings mentioned are not but really supplied rubber washers.

Hi and thank you for this video this help me out a bit ,then the actual direction .However I have a question you use the word “O-ring” and then you show something that you stated was a ring with a screen. Please explain what is a “O-ring” and since I have 3 of these exactly where due they insert into. My 3 way Diverter has a black ring already in the box it came with, I assumed that one belongs with it. Then I have 3 other black rings which the instructions , dictated these are washers. sort of confused where they belong. You also mention the Flow Regulator which you pointed and stated goes before the 3-wayDiverter , my instructions stated this should be attached to the Handheld shower head . It’s very confusing if you never done this before. If you could help me out. Thank you 😊

OMG my friend! I wish I could help/answer your question, but I installed this over a year ago (still using it) and my instructions and memory of what went where is long gone and I wouldn't want to start guessing on something as important as the installation of plumbing. I wish I could be more help but I can't.

They are just basic Craftsman Pliers. They are older so out of production. This is the link to the current version: amzn.to/3Lqi7vF
