    Darlene 🥺 This is almost the exact situation I’m in and people can’t understand why I’m grieving so hard. There’s also a lot of challenge in my life right now so it makes moving on even more difficult. I feel so validated and encouraged by your words. Tearing up, feeling your support. Thank you so much 🥺

    Hi ma'am. Ur video really helps me to calm myself. U see, my situation is forcing me to take the hard decision to break up with my beloved one. She is my world, my everything. Now she sees me as someone who surrenders at this relationship and I can't stop blaming myself for it. But I know this decision had to be made because we are just hurting each other if we just kept holding on. I just wish one day she can see what I'm struggling with and understand about my decision. I also still hoping to fix everything up and give another try for this relationship. I really love her so much. I don't know what to do with my feeling. I also plan to have a future with her.

    I am the person that they broke up with. I was not being who she needed me to be and I understand why she did it. We're both hurting and im doing my best to work on myself for her hopefully because she deserves it but if not someone else. It sucks

    Hi Darlene, thank you for this. I was the one broken up with but I feel like this has helped me give some insight and perspective on his side of things. Im still completely heartbroken but I want to use this time to work on my own traumas and heal. And hopefully, maybe, if we both end up getting there or both wanting to, we can get back to each other, and as you said, with a better, stronger foundation.

      Hey any updates on your situation. Did it work out and got back together?

      @@marcoalvarado82no we didn’t, and I’m perfectly fine and happy with it. That relationship ended because it needed to and although at the time I lost him, I ended up finding myself. I’m actually kind of grateful for your comment because it’s reminded me how far I’ve come and that I wouldn’t change a thing 😌☺️
      All the best in whatever you’re going through and if anyone else ever reads this as well, please please keep going and focus on/pour all of the love you have to give, on to yourself. 💗

    Thank you so much Darlene, you have given me the perspective shift I needed to move forward in my post-break-up life with confidence. There is barely any content out there on how to deal when you are the person who ends things with someone you love, so this video made me feel understood and less alone :)

    It's been a hard time for me since I decided to break up with my boyfriend, I felt like there was no worse feeling than the one I was dealing with. I really wanna thank you for this video. Now, I can see that situation from another perspective and understand why it had to end.

      I really hope this helps! I know what a difficult decision that is. And if they are going to be part of your life, it’ll be at a higher level. You gave yourself the best chance. It took courage 🙏🏻❤️

    See I wish they told me what was going on and brought it to my attention before just blindsiding me and ending it. It is what it is though. Love you videos though! They are comforting.

      Yes! We all want the opportunity to fix what’s not working and sometimes they don’t give us the chance. It’s so hard to come to terms with this kind of breakup! This relates more to the breakups where they DON’T try to repair it over time. Blindsided breakups are an entirely different animal 💔

    Hi Darlene. What is your perspective on/ do you have a video on this situation, but where the person who left didn’t really communicate their needs? She thought she did. She claimed she did, but she has always been conflict avoidant and the best I ever heard was some complaining/nagging. No honest “we need to talk” conversations.

    Is there any recommendations on ways when you both want to get back together but you don’t want history to repeat itself how can we get actual change to happen. I need a measurable blueprint a guide of some sort

    What about the impulse breakup?

    • @heal_with_darlene6579
      @heal_with_darlene6579  Рік тому

      Impulse breakups usually carry a lot of guilt and remorse. Communication is key after a little cooling off period. Opening a path back is sometimes a good idea.
