rode nt1 ako over neumann kuya, bukod sa presyo, i find yung sound ng tlm to be a little too pleasant haha. pero both are excellent mics pang vocals
Nice choice, RØDE NT1 and RØDE NT1a are excellent microphones. It really depends on our personal preference and how the frequency response will react on our voices at bukod sa lahat, all raw vocals will be edited in the DAW. So in conclusion, our skills will be tested during mixing and mastering

MXL 990 you should sing in front of mic: Front is where is logo MXL on the mic itself. I know... I was using it wrong for a long as well. :D
actually you reduce sharp s sounds by angeling it a little bit

yes the MXL microphone has it's unique frequency response and range. It's not a build only for rappers, singers can use it too, or acoustic instruments as well.

Hi Loer Vor, allow me to break down the facts for you. The Neumann TLM 103 had a better performance. It has more clarity (presence boost at 5kHz) without any harshness on the high frequencies, it sounded very smooth. So is the bass roll off (low frequency cut off at 50Hz) sounded very natural and made the voice more lively together with the presence boost.

Right now it is ₱93,799 sa Lazada. Very pricey ang halaga, pero superb po sa quality. The TLM 103 is a modern update on the classic U87, the capsule is derived from the classic K67/87 capsule of the legendary Neumann U 87. It has a unique sound, crispy, silky high frequencies. Believe me when I say that your raw vocals will sit in the mix without mixing it, it really does, nakakapagtaka pero that's what it does.
