It's essentially a centrifugal fan. Not the most effective means, but good enough. Tilt those blades to draw air through the wheels like a propeller on a hovercraft. Tgat will give you downforce to boot. Don't think they're race legal though. 🎉

Would the aerodiscs fit a 2015 Mercedes C250 front and rear wheels? I think the center caps pop out and not screw on.
