    Thanks for sharing Aunty Zee.... le poivre blanc de Penja, my favorite kitchen spice... in my salads , dressings , sauces, marinades, everything.. it d “angsa” pass all white peppers i’ve tried in the 🌎. Can’t wait to make my own sardines😘

    This is so awesome, thank you for sharing. Canned sardines are getting so expensive in Nigeria, pls who knows what they call these in fish in Lagos Market?

    If you don't take out the heads, won't it be sandy, due to those little stones in the brain of the fish
