Hey Ando, congrats on the awesome Genesect Alt Art pull! I live in Okinawa, Japan and got into Pokémon recently. But I almost exclusively collect Japanese cards and just wanted to pass a long what I've learned about the rarities and pull rates for you and the other folks in the chat who may be unfamiliar.
In my experience the pull rates out of booster boxes are 1 hit out of every two packs (15 hits out of 30 packs) and it breaks down pretty evenly nearly every single time:
1 SR (Secret Rare) or better (UR - Ultra Rare/Gold; HR - Hyper Rare/Rainbow or VMAX Alternate Art)
2 RRR (Triple Rare/VMAX card)
4-5 RR (Double Rare/V card)
7-8 R (Rare)
There have been a few sets recently (Silver Lance - S6H; Jet Black Spirit - S6K; and Eevee Heroes - S6a) where you can pull more than one SR+ card from the same booster box, in which case they reduce the R or RR card count by one.
