    I was saving money to buy 35 lahk apartment from last 5 years but now same apartment price increased to 80-90 lahk...no way I can buy property in Noida now.

    Bhai price to girega hi , Delhi se koi a yha bsega nhi , aur night me Dar lgta h en roads pr , koi Bahr wala family sefty k liye Flats le lega high rise but en sunsan jgho pr kyu jayega ,2,4 din ghar vacant ho to toti bhi chura le jayege en sector me .

      @@anil5993 I agree, there is artificial price hike in property due to black cash money, until and unless big currency notes like 500 and 2000 do not withdrawn by Government from market, the price will be hike.

      Bilkul sahi kaha aapne. Hum b delhi mein rent par rehte the. Hume noida extension mein 2 bhk le liya. Jo paise hum rent ke dete the vo humne loan ki EMI ke diye. Flat mein security milti hai.

      I waited for 3 years price went from 64 lac to 80 lac for 200 meter....I bought at 89 lac registry included...currently I am getting 1.38 crore for it...however on 99 acres prices range from 1.6 cr to 1.9 cr for ...so yes this was a good decision... additionally I am getting 12500 rs in rent

    Koi fayada nahi ahi yaha property lene ka .. rate aese high kiye hue hai aur facilities k naam pee ZERO area hai ye pura ka pura .. Esse better P1 and P2 chale jaho pari chowk pass hai and area bhi developer hai..

    Bhai ab rates down the nhi honge. Haan stagnant ho skte hain. Lekin down nhi jayenge. Last 1 yr se sab yahi bol rhe hain ki down honge lekin uske opposite increase hi hue hain.
    Iske Kai factors hain, jaise jin logo ne 15-20 saal pehle plots leke daale hue the wo ab retirement ke baad apne plots par ghr bana rhe hain. Jisse occupancy badh rhi hai aur uski wajah se plot prices bade hain.
    Dusre IT sector me salaries acchhi hike hui hain jiski wajah se ab log 1Cr ke plots lene se pehle soch nhi rhe.

      Absolutely true. Land is scarce, acquisition cost is very high, cumbersome, time consuming with legal webs. Look at Gurgaon where DLF, Emmar, changed the real estate landscape forever. Noida, Greater Noida, lagged badly simply because State and Central government in previous regime used the region as milking buffalo. Upcoming Jewar, Data Centre, MNCs big ticket investments, massive infrastructure development, forget any price correction, if development goes in track as planned.. Then, today's prices will look cheaper..

      Land is scarce ya fir land is in abundance.....concept theek Karo sir....kiss bhi mall main Chale jao greater noida ke....kya kahin Saarinen shops bike gayi....80% is empty.....kahan ka infrastructure development dikh raha hai....be in real world....jewar airport is 50km away from greater noida. Hosh main raho sir....see what's real...not what is shown...

    अगले एक साल में रेट 1 लाख रुपए प्रति मीटर हो जायेगा। जेवर एयरपोर्ट के बनने के साथ साथ ही यहां कमर्शियल एक्टिविटी भी बढ़ जाएगी। और लोग भी बस जाएंगे। लेकिन तब रेट 2 लाख रुपए प्रति मीटर होगा।क्योंकि पूरे दिल्ली एनसीआर में ग्रेटर नोएडा से सुंदर planned city कोई और नहीं है
