Volkl celebrates 100 years with the Volkl VOSTRA Tennis Racquet line. The first models are the user-friendly V4 and V6 racquets, along with the heavier and more stable V8 versions. The previous line, VCELL, incorporated Revolutionary EVA material within the racquet handles to improve dampening and comfort. Now with the VOSTRAS, Volkl has added REVA into key portions of the racquet frame to increase ball pocketing, stability, and the size of the sweet spot. The technology is referred to as RED CELL.The V8 models use their 16x18 string pattern to provide advanced players with incredible spin potential. The V8 line includes one racquet at 285 grams, one at 300 grams, and one at 315 grams (10.1, 10.6, and 11.1 ounces respectively). The V6 is incredibly mobile at 9.7 ounces unstrung, and the V4 blends power and control thanks to the extended length, catapult system, and RED CELL technology.
