You have to go back more than a decade and the IG Radical MP for the last time the racquet was built with a dense string pattern. Did you use 16 or 17 gauge strings in your playtest? Years ago when I used the Head MicroGel Radical mid and oversize, I found they played better with 17 gauge strings. The thinner strings enhanced spin and control. Because strings slide less with a dense string pattern, the 17 gauge strings were also durable.

@8020Alive well, that's strange to me. I am subscribed for the HEAD website and usually get notifications for upcoming models. However, it's the first time I hear about this one. I hope it is not released only in the US. For example, I bought the Prestige MP (18/19) a few months ago and recently read that it is only available in Europe
