Nothing will beat when eve didn't want her bike that year. Still makes me and my husband laugh just to think about it.. One of the funniest things on the Internet.... All she wanted was a yoyo 😂

Eve is just so sweet! Also, the colorful tin on your island reminds me of my grandmother, she used to fill it with candy. After hugging her, I’d go straight to that tin.

Megan! I could not agree more w you regarding your kids giving such thoughtful gifts to one another. I actually had everyone stop what they were doing on Christmas morning, and made them listen to me saying… ‘it has been a rough, especially rough time for the world and to celebrate ANYTHING feels undeserved BUT! Because of this…the kids gave the most thoughtful and beautiful gifts to each other and me and their dad and their actions had rounded out and brillliantly and loving completed Christmas for everyone.Not even kidding. It all had such meaning and took time to complete or gather or procure. 😊🥰 I love it so much. I also want to add that I guessed correctly that Elijah was going to say that just being home with his beloved family WAS his favorite thing. ❤️ These are the best things EVER….EEEEVEEEERRR….for a parent to head and see. If I had been there, my favorites would have been seeing that beautiful baby (without having to take care of her) and just-baked rolls loaded with melted butter! Yum!
I recently got a Radpower Radrunner electric bike. It’s my car because I don’t drive and I absolutely love it!
Your rolls look amazing! Great job! I made Hassleback potatoes once. I felt like they were a lot of extra work, but they were yummy. Just not sure if I felt they were worth the effort. So cool that Letric gave you bikes! That’s awesome. I follow several full time RVers who own and love them. Excited for you and your trip to Mexico. It was a beautiful Christmas. Thanks for sharing your Christmas with us. I too came from a big family and just being together brought me great joy. I am much older now and quite a few have passed away. The ones that are left still gather for the holiday. The glue in the family was Mom and Dad who are now gone to be with the Lord. So watching your videos has been great. It brings back fond memories.

Dinner looks delicious!!! When our family makes Hasselback potatoes we always use either Golds or Yukons. They are smaller, cook faster and have a more creamy texture. Maybe give them a try sometime. Merry Christmas from Washington state. Love your videos!!!!!!

Oh I want an electric bike so much! They are so expensive though and out of my budget I’ve wanted one for a few years now, my hubby and I wanted them for when we RV. Looks like you’ll enjoy them ! You guys are such a great family! We had such a joyous Christmas with our family all gathered together ❤️

Heads up on the bikes, saw another youtuber use one and they (he looked into others to compare) cannot get wet at all. He thought since the battery compartment is closed (covered) it would be ok & make sense (ie. parked outside of a store, school etc) but not, it stops working. So if the kids are taking them to places, I'd make sure it's not rainy weather.

Hey. I saw you making the Haselback potatoes and i just grimaced for you. They’re a lot of work for potatoes that taste like potatoes! It’s better to just slice the potatoes and layer them in a caserole with herbs and butter.

However I add extra butter and extra butter and sugar as well as extra powdered milk I think about 1 tbsp of each. It makes the buns come out wonderful. God bless you and yours love, jenwhite.

I missed the importance of giving the trip to Esther as her third gift. Is it for a graduation from beauty school or something along that line? It's a nice family trip, for sure!
The way I understood it was that she was the person to open it (perhaps by virtue of being an older sibling), but it was the final "family" gift for all to enjoy together.
@@thechristinediane Yeah, but they all get three gifts. If this one was a family gift, then she missed out on a third gift. Is this instead of her having an 18th trip I wonder?
The trip was everyone’s third present. Esther opened the box that had everyone‘s collective third gift in it.
