Lifehouse has been my favorite band since highschool (2001)
I love ❤️ Jason Wade and EVERY Lifehouse song. His voice is so so incredible. FLIGHT STORM From Where You Are Whatever It Takes Into The Sun You And Me And All Other People. I have every one of their CDs from their Debut album.

Ah, summer 2007 memories. It was a simpler time
Wasn’t into Lifehouse but yeah, graduated hs in 07 and looking back it seemed so easy, carefree, had the ability to be spontaneous because I had no one relying on me. Damn how time flies.
Every producer has their own spin on vocal recording. That being said reverb, vocal doubling and probably a good eq setting. And yes it is his real voice. Listen to him live
I've seen them live 3 times and this is definitely his voice. My husband has a bigger concert history than I do and said he's by far the best live.

Great reaction/discussion as usual. My favorite songs is pretty hard to do because I love almost all of them. A few would be "Everything" , "Simon" (interesting topic), and "All That I'm Asking For" but none of them have official videos. Some other Interesting ones would be "Blind" , "You and Me" , and "Whatever It Takes" which all have official videos but the whatever it takes one was removed and replaced, however, it's still on youtube by someone else.

When did they become a 3 piece? There's a huge rhythm guitar track in this. Why not show the rhythm guitar player? No way they produce this sound in concert without a fill track. And that's just wrong.
I think at this time they used touring guitarists. I saw them live around this time in 2008 and they were a 4 piece. I think ben carey was working with them but wasnt an official member then. They have had a few guitarists so maybe they just presented as a 3 piece until they had steady member? I know ben was in some later vids and he left awhile ago and another guy took up his place on the last songs they did a few years ago.
