I traded in my 14 Pro for 16 pro on a carrier deal. It feels like an optimized version of my 14 Pro. Feels 5% lighter, looks 5% bigger, 10% better battery, Zooms better. An incremental upgrade for sure.

Really happy with my 16 Pro Titanium White 🔥 Love the 6.3 inch, perfect size in my opinion. Battery life is great for such a compact device. Also there’s no other smartphone at that size with a 5x telephoto lens.
I purchased a pro max 16 and had it for a month. Yes the screen is great and watching content is great and battery life great. But new large size, coming from a pro max 15 was a lot. I’m a big guy with big hands being 6’3 myself yet found that the phone was a bit much for everyday use and carry. I went back and switched my phone to the 16 pro and I have been loving it. Yes the battery won’t last me till 10pm at night but 8pm is just fine. I would highly recommend the 16 pro. Love it.
I have the iPhone 15 PM of 1T, and I bought the iPhone 16 PM and the truth is I don’t see a big difference only the new camera button, and the truth is I regret seeing it bought,
Long story short if you have the 15 pm don’t get the 16pro battery is a let down. If you get the 16pm the size is a little massive. I’m sticking to my 15pm for now. Thanks
this is the one I'm really considering from a 13pm. size is perfect, it's still not too small, but small enough to help with holding one hand and using one handed and aside from battery and screen size, the same pro features on the pro max including the cameras are there, which is nice. Just wish they could make the battery 4000mah like the standard S24
Maybe 30 mins to 1 hour better max. Not much different but it seems like they’re just playing catch up to how the 13 series because they messed up the 14 and 15 series battery life
6.3 is a size we never had before I came from a 13 Pro Max. My 16 Pro is noticeably better in every area & even in the battery is extremely efficient & last almost as long as my 13 Pro Max in my experience did but the comfort of the size of the device is exactly what I wanted it doesn’t feel small it a large device being almost the size of the 11 Pro Max but it doesn’t feel so big that it is annoying

And what can we say about the lack of split screen and floating windows, reducing the flexibility and very basic everyday use of an iphone... inconceivable in 2024!!! So iOS is still not for me until the software becomes more flexible and logical. Excellent video.

no, it's not adaptive refresh, 5:39 , this is 60hz always, brightness and refresh are not the same thing which I am sure you know, but this phone can't change refresh from 60hz to 1hz like promotion on Pro.
i have terrible idle drain on my 16 pro !! i'm on 18.1 and i've already had this phone for a month, turned off background app refresh, hey siri, most location services, most notifications and of course aod. idk what to do about it anymore 😩
The 16 pro did not get the Max cameras. Usually, the pro is upgraded to last years max specs. (which we see here), and the max gets an upgrade. This year, they did not upgrade the max! So its not that the pro is better, it's that the max doesnt get the bump. Just like the modem being an X71 instead of the X75 like the S24.
I’m not sure if you know but I changed all my icons the way they look in the 18.1 update if you were talking about something else my bad but you can dim the icons and reverse the color my icons look way better

If you want to have multiple apps open at once like described at 8:32, get on a computer. Trying to shoehorn all this functionality into phones degrades the experiences and enables the bad habit of trying to do everything on your phone. We all want to spend less time on our phones, one way is realizing when tasks are better done elsewhere, like I'm doing right now.

I upgraded from a 12 pro max to 16 pro mainly do to a carrier offer when switching carriers. I didn't have big expectations but I am impressed with the 16 pro. Faster speed, better picture, battery is good and apple AI has been very useful for me. Honestly I am happy with my choice!!

I had the 16 pro and loved it except 2 things, the camera is blurry, may have better color accuracy but my iPhone 13 pro takes sharper pictures, this is a deal breaker to me, the second deal breaker is the size, although not much bigger then the last model it made it harder to use one handed.

Promotion is literally made to save battery by lowering refresh rate, turning it off will make your battery worse

Ye, I have a samsung but I don't even use the feature and there also lacking the clipboard, were you can copy multiple stuff.
I find the app switcher to be perfectly sufficient. Just a left or right swipe at the bottom of the screen gives you both apps in full screen.
