    This is so much better for your entire body and well being then bland and repetitive weight training exercises like bench and bicep curls. These types of programs are so much more beneficial and long lasting.

      That's not true you can get as far as you want alone just yous your mind to control the limits and slowly increase but I understand what you mean it is hard without a coach but don't say it's not possible.

    Hey Lee! First thank you for sharing theses powerful secrets for building solid strength.
    I was following you since few months, i did a great improuvement but now i have a tendinit since May on my left shoulder, its holding me back to get to the full hand stand...what should i do to get rid of it and improuve to the next levels? Shall i rest for two weeks then go back? Or ? Because i train 40mn every segound or third day till now. Thanks for the help.
    I live in spain so where and when are you coming to spain exactely? Hope to meet 🙏🧡

    I forgot to ask this in the previous video, but for a kata training(foundation kata), i watched that it can be performed for an hour or so, but its like, it has to be separated in sets? If so, how many and how much rest? Or it is the entire hour without rest?
