Congratulations on this fantastic Gimli statue, Sean. Alone, he looks very good, but man, I'll have to say that he looks even better with Aragon and Legolas. The trinity complete looks simply stunning! Personally, I would have done as you first mentioned: Aragorn in middle, then Gimli on right and Legolas on left (from your viewing angle). Can't wait to see more Lord of the Rings and Hobbit unboxings.
Lurtz is so underscaled its just sad because it's a great piece.

Gimli looks really good and it's great to see the three hunters together! Also, is it my eyes or do you need to adjust the top of the double axe? It seems to be at a different angle to the handle.

I know you are a line collector, but let’s say you had to shrink your collection down so could only keep one piece to represent a line, a movie, a game etc. Which pieces would you have? One DC piece, one Transformer, one Alien, one dinosaur, ONLY ONE HORROR PIECE lol.
@@flankster117picked up my first prime 1 studios statue Nier automata 2b looks nice but seemed like the materials used were too light weight paint application was great on base but didn’t have a weighted feel in the material.
This Gimli will be my very first Prime1 statue ever! Thats how good I think he is. They captured the clunky fighting style of Gimli perfectly ! No other Gimlis come even close IMO.

Looks good, probably the best likeness of the trinity. I am probably still getting the Infinity version or I would be tempted for sure.

Hi, Your collection is awesome and I have two of the statues in your collection. One thing I would like to know. When did you received Gimli because I have been waiting since 02/09/2022 from speculative fiction. Just 2 weeks ago SP stated that Gimli was being shipped by way of sea travel and should arrive in a MONTH! Seems like a long time for a product to arrive in the states.
Do you have any suggestions ?

Gimli is a great piece.
Very good statue! I prefer Weta Workshop's work for LOTR, but still think this line by Prime1 has been amazing. Gimli fits very well in your display, i think you should keep him in the middle because he is shorter than Aragorn or Legolas.
I owned and seen many weta LOTR in my days. P1 is leagues and bound better in every way
Weta wins at Sculpting, but man Prime 1 is much better at painting head sculpts.
I don't understand how Weta can be that far behind when it comes to painting character faces.
@@BascoSisters i think the reason is Weta is completely handsculpted and painted, while prime1 is somehow not, so i think that helps. I would prefer anyway, because it feels more original, being the official artist studio in the films.

@@m0rktfh284 a lot of Weta is hand sculpted, but some of it is digitally sculpted as well.
It's a great piece and I agree that it has the best likeness of the three. But, you know Prime 1 is going to pull the same damn thing Sideshow did and not finish the fellowship.

Just get me saruman and I'm good with the line. Even if they don't make it. Luckily sideshow saruman is extremely good
