Great Video, simple but very informative. My question to you sir What are your thoughts on an aftermarket exhaust? I mean lets be honest it looks trick but would it take away from that 350 feel and leaning more to the 450ish range.

Thank you! I haven’t ridden a 350 with an exhaust, however I’m told that you will get more bottom end snap or pull with a fmf slip on, along with a Dubach slip on pipe as well, they sound great and look trick. I’ll eventually go that route and grab a slip on because I’m a vet rider now haha

Man put a lot of work into that! Out of curiosity when you race are you entering a 450 event and just running the 350? Or is it a 350 specific class?

Thanks! The local organizations out here in New England don’t allow 350s in the 250cc class, so I’m limited to vet classes, open classes and 450cc classes.

I kinda want a 350 as a vet rider but kinda afraid I won't like the Austrian feel and stiffness. But you were a Yamaha guy and you like it that much over the Yamaha? But that's also with the setup for the front end which I would probably have to do. Keefer and Jase are all about the church of 350. Great video

I think that the stiffness and feel of the chassis can be over hyped sometimes, it’s really not bad at all, when I had stock suspension I was not very interested in riding with air, at my level of riding ( expert class ) it was worth the investment to go KYB. With that being said, I wouldn’t NOT try out a bike, ask a friend or someone who has one to take a couple laps out on one, and yes I love this bike way more than the yz450 I had, this bike turns on a dime and feels so light.

@@OG_tmac also I say that about the 350 because I rode the yz 250f and liked it over my 22 450sr. A lil bit of work to ride but man that thing turns like a top. A different kind of tired more lungs than entire body.

I've had all of these new brands and I still choose the Austrian brands for their quality once you get your suspension dialed in you're good to go

Hey Tyler! Not sure if this is personal information but I’m also looking into getting a new bike.
Did you finance this bike or buy it out right cash?
    Thanks!
