In the 1980's, I was traveling to Denmark for a power lifting competition. And somebody recognized me, and had me go talk to the pilots. ( no longer allowed today ) I saw another plane in the sky, and asked if he could talk to that pilot using their radios. And he did just that. I had a CB in my car in the USA, so I was just curious. He showed me they definitely could do that. That was my favorite flight ever. And I flew very frequently back then.
At timestamp 1:05. I am a retired USAF aircraft maintenance, and this happened to me while working on an A-10A in the hanger. Still could not figure out why it happened.
Thank you for uploading and comments. Special Thanks for reminding about biggest plane ever Ukrainian ,,Mriya". After russian invasion russian destroyed this huge piece of arts. I'm helicopter pilot myself UAAF. Thank you for grate show. Glory to the Ukraine!!!💛💙💯🙏🙏🙏🗽🗽🗽
That "Foam party" is a very expensive mistake. The chemicals in that hanger fire system are $600,000 each time it goes off. And that doesn't count the cost cleaning the highly corrosive chemicals off of the aircraft. That incident cost the Air Force over $3 million before all of the planes were repaired.
this video is really impressive, the cinematography and the moments captured are truly admirable. however, i can't help but wonder if some of these 'unbelievable' moments are a bit staged for the sake of drama. i mean, it does make for great viewing, but does it take away from the authenticity of aviation? just a thought!
I work near a military air force base. Most of the aircraft are fairly quiet but an f-18 taking off full afterburner a few thousand feet over head is ear piercing it wakes everybody at 8 am
The footage of the F-35 taking off low, at the end of the runway, just over the fence, is at the north end of Boeing field in Seattle. There is a park just across the street. A great place to airplane watch. Especially in early August when the Blue Angels come to town for SeaFair. I used to work in the food warehouse at the opposite end of the runway to the south, Norfolk St. I've seen many unique aircraft there. Very cool spot.
C-130's are not fighters nor do they have jet engines. Therefore, C-130's are not "fighter jets." The "C" denotes that the aircraft is a "CARGO" aircraft.
If I see someone putting duct tape on the aircraft I will be selling my ticket in a minute. Fun fact: as I watched them packing our Parachutes; I saw them patch a ripped panel with paper masking tape. Upon seeing the look of alarm and panic on my face the instructor said don't worry it will be fine we do this all the time 3 panels can blow out and you will still survive. Yes I still went my date was smokin'!!!
Omgaud that guy who tried to board with fake tickets was declined and he went around messing up all of their monitors.... I hope he was caught by security...
You blew your credibility when you showed the model airplane. And your comments make you look like an idiot -- that was a gas balloon, not a hot air balloon. And more...
Absolutely breathtaking! These aviation moments are unreal-thank goodness they were caught on camera!

I could be wrong but The one at 1:21 is not a premature landing. I think the runway goes over traffic like that. I've seen it before.

I guess we've decided as a society that we're never going to shoot video in landscape orientation ever again. ☹
Or explain the videos correctly. 😊
Yes it’s very irritating and pointless video format, not sure why anyone uses it.

Apparently, they have/had another one on the assembly line which, the construction was halted, due to obvious reasons.
If Airbus wants to try a vertical takeoff, they’ll need to find someone else for that test!

The first one was not a plane but a f 22 fighter jet
