U Can Deep freeze at -10 to-20 upto a month in an airtight container. U can smoke it with charcoal in a deep pan for two minutes before freezing. Just cover it with a thin layer of any edible oil(preferably salad oil) to avoid discolouring due to oxydation
Its not a big deal if you are preparing for a special dinner for important guests or family once in a while. So give your best to make it a memorable moment. Use very little besan and hung curd to complete the recipe.
Curd is essential in any tandoor item to create the acidity that softens the meat. Hung curd is easily available as Greek yogurt. If not available, even normal curd can be used by straining out excess water. Besan is a binding agent, else the masala will fall off especially while grilling on stove.
@@saifmohammed1481 besan is optional. You just need little bit of roasted besan to make the tandoor marinade of right consistency so that it doesnt fall off into the tandoor. If your hung curd is tight enough, no besan is mandatory. But little bit of besan improves the taste and colour.
