As a SM stan, this song is perfect for me, I like the messiness to be honest. It doesn't sound generic, basic or cliche and I really like the balance between the raps, the vocals, the chanting and the beat. Its really not a safe song to explore and thats what I love about SM. The entire song was a roller coaster ride and I honestly still don't get why ppl dislike Sticker besides the flute which I thought was the highlight of the song. Like aren't y'all tired, annoyed or bored of the songs that have basic mixing, safely structured, cliche melodies? Personally I love this style of music the vocals balances out the chaos and all the mixing, melodies, song direction is nearly unpredictable which brings me surprise when it goes a different way and SM has almost always been able to pull it off which makes me admire it. My favorites of this style of music includes Aespa's Savage and Next Level, NCT's Cherry Bomb, 2 Baddies, Sticker and Kickit and Vampire, Purple Kiss's Memem, Choerry's Cherry Motion, NCT Dream's Go, Red Velvet's Feel My Rhythm, snsd's I got a boy, the boys and almost all Fx's songs. I think switch ups especially if relevant and the transitions are done perfectly its always a surprise and instant stimulation. I think the beat changes, the unpredictability in general shows diversity, versatility and always if their are SM vocals, its always better even if its bad - the vocal layering, the highnote belts, the riffs, the harmonies and the vocal agility. I dont think there's anything wrong or bad w 2 baddies. In fact i love this song more than sticker. Dont know why ppl nowdays like to pull the "xyz music fell off" card because after all there will be people who like it or not. Now for this song i understand that many ppl wont like the repetitive parts in this, however this fits my taste and i never rlly noticed it anyways. With that, i can see myself jamming to it in my playlist. Also i have to disagree with the "unwanted experimental" approach. Nct 127 is niche for pop music and has and will always been like that which will naturally deter the one or other person from listening to few, many or even all of nct's songs for whatever reason it be. Shouting/ noise music is a sensitive part for many's ears and i can understand when people get sick of it but at the end its all up to the music taste people have. I personally love to listening to experimental/ techno/ jungle music which can be considered "messy repetitive noise" music. So yea i think people should only stan groups if they like their songs and if they dont its perfectly natural to unstan them, there is no one hindering one from it instead of forcing yourself to stick to something you dont enjoy anymore

I personally loved 2 Baddies, and I loved Sticker. I won't get mad or defensive like some NCTzens who don't know how to distinguish constructive criticism (primarily constructive criticism by NCTzens) and straight up hate toward 127 and their music. As music lovers, it wouldn't be right to just stay quiet without having discussions about music we share an interest in. The only thing I don't like is kyoutubers using clickbait titles that declares x song is worst/better than x song. Why can't you just title your video "My opinion on x group's comeback song"? It's not that hard and i'm sure you'll still get views. At least you won't piss fandoms off and make them even more defense over the group they stan. Just my opinion. Advice to certain NCTzens who can't accept the opinions of others: Go outside, get off the internet for a while, touch some grass and realize that just because other NCTzens don't like a title track doesn't mean they suddenly hate the group.

I am an nctzen too and honestly, I am quite disappointed with 2baddies. And it's not beause of the noise music, because I frickin love Sticker, Kick it etc,. I felt like 2baddies chorus and ending was super repetitive and unoriginal. The rest of the song was okay though. The lyrics seemed random and just flex-y. The MV looked really awesome though and the styling was great. I just wish the song was good. I was very excited for this comeback.
but isnt the repetitiveness eg. the nonstop chanting is what got BP popular? okay lowkey I dislike anything sounding repetitive, generically basic and cliche so I am kinda a BP booer. xD But maybe the producers decided to add in the chanting in, the TeddyxYG Party hype up the crowd ending move bc I think its what the majority likes. Okay but structurally and melodically, I don't think this song is basic at all and in fact the raps and vocals were slay. I literally cant predict anything and I don't get a feeling that I've heard something like this before. The highnote belts, riffs and the raps sounded like they own the beat. The mixing wasn't generic, the choice of sounds were very interesting and uniquely good. The bridge was minimalistically impactful and it set up a more serious and elegant mood to contrast with the noise and playfullness during the raps and the chorus. The vocals helped create the transition, make the song more melodic and help adds its own flavour to the song.

personally 2 baddie sounds sexy to me but i agree the quality 127 has been given lately is underwhelming especially for their title tracks. we get that SM does experimenting music a lot but we all know our boys especially 127 can pull much more than this. like for Favorite, the dance break in a sentimental song just don't add up for me. 2 baddies could've been a wayyy better song just by switching up the chorus lyrics.

Hmmm... I'm gonna put myself out here but please read my entire comment before you throw stones at me.. ^^ NCT127 'Title Tracks', emphasis on Title Tracks, are not for everybody. Me inlcuded. I don't hate them, but I'm not in love with them either. BUT NCT127 albums as a whole always never disappoints with their B-tracks which is why I'm still here. Now, this is where it gets tricky. While people on the fandom know that NCT127 albums are gold, new fans may be turned off by these experimental music tracks. I mean, we are in Kpop, where "trend" is set by the majority. I mean just look at that recent Grlgrp track that just repeats for the entire song. I personally applaud SM and NCT127 for their bravery in creating new music, I think it's very brave and creative... but group longevity depends on sales and popularity (let's admit that please). So while I don't hate NCT127 Title tracks, as a fan that wants them to go far, I believe this is hurting their marketability. Why can't they release their other songs as Title, and keep the others as B... I dunno.. I'm so torn about this.

Tbh I’m not a fan of the TT song at all. But I like mostly the rest of the new album. It’s just not my style of song. There are some good things about it but mainly the chorus just isn’t for me. And that’s okay:) whether people like it or not as long as they are respectful

I will say from where to where is a great part for a song but not utilised throughout cos SM music Directors are always high .. create weird things and call themselves woke that we can't understand noise music (truth being its jst bad music) Anyhoooo 0:00 to 0:14 (Succeded in building that hype yes ... Who wud hav guessed it wud be downhill from here) 0:49 to 1:10 (Here DY's verse is soooo beautiful that I am frustrated they didn't repeat it again in the song .. from DY to TL to YT was chef's kiss) 1:55 to 2:07 (Yuuuuutaa's raspy lower register voice just killed this part ..... Not all lines have to be very whacky and loud. I wish he got more lines) 2:30 to 2:40 (This is purely on their vical quality. I don't get why the MV went dark for that 10 secs .. but again I think this part is boring for the start of a bridge .. still it is a good melody .. maybe in some other song it wud hav fit just right) 3:01 to 3:06 (TL u deserve sooo many better lines! This began only after Kick It (Literally their best CB) I am never calling out the boys .. they have no choice but to perform the songs SM makes them perform. I don't think Sticker was better than 2 Baddies.. ain't no way are we switching that narrative, that song is beyond saving, I don't care how people are trying to reframe that song as well as NMixx's 0_0 as 'avant garde.' But I also think this song was pretty bad. Music video and special effects were immaculate but this song literally did not make me feel anything. I can see why people ironically like 0_0 or Sticker, the same way people end up liking Baby by Justin Bieber due to it's infamous factor, but this song is just plain boring. What is supposed to be an adrenaline inducing hardcore sound gave me no reaction from beginning to end, no wow factor, no oomph, just 3 minutes of boredom despite being a strong concept. In my opinion, mediocre, boring music is worse than songs that are so bad they're iconic, so in that regard, 2 Baddies is worse than Sticker in the sense that it is just forgettable immediately. From now to the last year might have been NCT's worst year musically. I haven't been vibing with most of their releases after Make A Wish and 90s Love (both were fantastic)

As a SM stan, this song is perfect for me, I like the messiness to be honest. It doesn't sound generic, basic or cliche and I really like the balance between the raps, the vocals, the chanting and the beat. Its really not a safe song to explore and thats what I love about SM. The entire song was a roller coaster ride and I honestly still don't get why ppl dislike Sticker besides the flute which I thought was the highlight of the song. Like aren't y'all tired, annoyed or bored of the songs that have basic mixing, safely structured, cliche melodies? Personally I love this style of music the vocals balances out the chaos and all the mixing, melodies, song direction is nearly unpredictable which brings me surprise when it goes a different way and SM has almost always been able to pull it off which makes me admire it.
My favorites of this style of music includes Aespa's Savage and Next Level, NCT's Cherry Bomb, 2 Baddies, Sticker and Kickit and Vampire, Purple Kiss's Memem, Choerry's Cherry Motion, NCT Dream's Go, Red Velvet's Feel My Rhythm, snsd's I got a boy, the boys and almost all Fx's songs. I think switch ups especially if relevant and the transitions are done perfectly its always a surprise and instant stimulation. I think the beat changes, the unpredictability in general shows diversity, versatility and always if their are SM vocals, its always better even if its bad - the vocal layering, the highnote belts, the riffs, the harmonies and the vocal agility. I am an nctzen too and honestly, I am quite disappointed with 2baddies. And it's not beause of the noise music, because I frickin love Sticker, Kick it etc,. I felt like 2baddies chorus and ending was super repetitive and unoriginal. The rest of the song was okay though. The lyrics seemed random and just flex-y. The MV looked really awesome though and the styling was great. I just wish the song was good. I was very excited for this comeback.

Okay but structurally and melodically, I don't think this song is basic at all and in fact the raps and vocals were slay. I literally cant predict anything and I don't get a feeling that I've heard something like this before. The highnote belts, riffs and the raps sounded like they own the beat. The mixing wasn't generic, the choice of sounds were very interesting and uniquely good. The bridge was minimalistically impactful and it set up a more serious and elegant mood to contrast with the noise and playfullness during the raps and the chorus. The vocals helped create the transition, make the song more melodic and help adds its own flavour to the song.

personally 2 baddie sounds sexy to me but i agree the quality 127 has been given lately is underwhelming especially for their title tracks. we get that SM does experimenting music a lot but we all know our boys especially 127 can pull much more than this. like for Favorite, the dance break in a sentimental song just don't add up for me. 2 baddies could've been a wayyy better song just by switching up the chorus lyrics.

Hmmm... I'm gonna put myself out here but please read my entire comment before you throw stones at me.. ^^ NCT127 'Title Tracks', emphasis on Title Tracks, are not for everybody. Me inlcuded. I don't hate them, but I'm not in love with them either. BUT NCT127 albums as a whole always never disappoints with their B-tracks which is why I'm still here.
Now, this is where it gets tricky. While people on the fandom know that NCT127 albums are gold, new fans may be turned off by these experimental music tracks. I mean, we are in Kpop, where "trend" is set by the majority. I mean just look at that recent Grlgrp track that just repeats for the entire song. I personally applaud SM and NCT127 for their bravery in creating new music, I think it's very brave and creative... but group longevity depends on sales and popularity (let's admit that please).
So while I don't hate NCT127 Title tracks, as a fan that wants them to go far, I believe this is hurting their marketability. Why can't they release their other songs as Title, and keep the others as B...
I dunno.. I'm so torn about this.

the teaser didn't appealed to me when it dropped tbh but when the mv/the whole song came out surprisingly, i loved 2 baddies at first listen and it automatically became one of my favorite 127 releases. it also kinda reminds me of kick it and cherry bomb although i'm not really the biggest fan of kick it skkskdks

0:49 to 1:10 (Here DY's verse is soooo beautiful that I am frustrated they didn't repeat it again in the song .. from DY to TL to YT was chef's kiss)
1:55 to 2:07 (Yuuuuutaa's raspy lower register voice just killed this part ..... Not all lines have to be very whacky and loud. I wish he got more lines)
2:30 to 2:40 (This is purely on their vical quality. I don't get why the MV went dark for that 10 secs .. but again I think this part is boring for the start of a bridge .. still it is a good melody .. maybe in some other song it wud hav fit just right)
3:01 to 3:06 (TL u deserve sooo many better lines! Thats what's frustrating for me in this song ... There is this one minimal line that he nails .. and later on some adlibs which just drowns behind the stupid chorus. He ate this part!)
Next is going to be harsh. 127 lost a fan in me with this MV. I think the boys are extremely talented. But how they are utilised is horrible! Like really HORRIBLE!
This song means absolutely nothing. The chorus is nonsensical. The raps are also not even having any flow. Its just random words put together. TY doesn't have any good rap this time. JH rapped but he shud stick to singing ... It worked for lemonade .. doesn't mean it will work always. Taeil didn't get any good vocal lines at all.
I am still glad for Jungwoo and Johnny getting their well deserved MV time and lines.

Like I stg K-pop fans will talk abt flow and not know shit abt the genre of rap outside of K-pop. There is wonderful flow in this song. I listen to rap more than kpop and mark, heavy of Jaehyun, Taeyong and even Johnny had a great display of flow….flow isn’t if the lyrics make sense it’s if there’s rhyme and cadence in the verse: there was plenty and it was executed wonderfully. And Jaehyun was the best rapper in the song, he had the best flow out of all of them. His lemonade rap was good, but it was basic. He showed that he raps in many flows, so please saying he needs to stick to singing when he’s a great rapper is dumb asf…like please, can you do even an ounce better? Also: does every song need to be a declaration of love or meaningful lyrics?! They did that with Favorite, let people have fun?!? I don’t know Korean, you don’t know Korean so we can literally just vibe to wtv tf they are saying bc it’s FUN!? Also, just like Favorite was a vocal heavy song, this one was a rap heavy song, the rappers will have more lines…duh. I don't think Sticker was better than 2 Baddies.. ain't no way are we switching that narrative, that song is beyond saving, I don't care how people are trying to reframe that song as well as NMixx's 0_0 as 'avant garde.' But I also think this song was pretty bad. Music video and special effects were immaculate but this song literally did not make me feel anything. I can see why people ironically like 0_0 or Sticker, the same way people end up liking Baby by Justin Bieber due to it's infamous factor, but this song is just plain boring. What is supposed to be an adrenaline inducing hardcore sound gave me no reaction from beginning to end, no wow factor, no oomph, just 3 minutes of boredom despite being a strong concept. In my opinion, mediocre, boring music is worse than songs that are so bad they're iconic, so in that regard, 2 Baddies is worse than Sticker in the sense that it is just forgettable immediately. From now to the last year might have been NCT's worst year musically. I haven't been vibing with most of their releases after Make A Wish and 90s Love (both were fantastic)
