It’s so good to find someone in YT who has fibroids just like I do who has realised that our fibroids can be due to the foods and alcohol consumptions we’ve had thru the years.. it’s good to see this thank you

Stress management is a huge part of managing the kind of conditions. Ps. We have to ditch drinking water that’s in plastic 🥴 too much xenoestrogen get in it especially when it is shipped on a hot truck to stores.

I never drank tea ever in my life and I purchased the dandelion root tea bags. I put it in 8 fl oz water in the morning on an empty stomach and when I drank it, it was bitter. I added a table spoon of honey and it didn’t help. I still drank it and I felt and still feel a bit nauseated . Is that normal?

    • @veryvanessa

Dandelion is a cleansing herb. You should always take it with something in your stomach because it’s very strong. Try having some ginger tea to settle your stomach.
