I started drinking dandelion root tea back in October per the suggestion of my naturopathic doctor. I was drinking about 16oz per day. I lost ten pounds over the last few months. I was taking it for my liver and didn't realize it had so many additional benefits. Thanks for the video, time to go make myself a cup of tea.

Anyone wanting to cut coffee or caffeine out of their diet needs to try Dandy Blend instant herbal beverage!! it is the best coffee alternative made from dandelion. It has no caffeine no GMOs no sugar no gluten no preservatives nothing artificial and it's a great way to switch over from coffee without any caffeine withdrawal symptoms. Not to mention the flavor tastes just like coffee but absolutely no bitter taste or acidity. I just purchased this recently at my local health food store! So happy to hear all the great health benefits from dandelion.

Are the benefits the same for eating the leaves? I pick them in my yard and grind them up in my smoothies.
