I'm a fan of INSIDER
I love INSIDER
Why don't you come to India to try gilauti kebab at tunday kebabi in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh.
Love from India
Delhi street food
I love how she goes “... and why haven’t you been here??’ Gangster 😂
Lol
I love Missy - she is so calm
For the person who doesn't like 'the woman with the glasses'...'Missy Robbins is a Michelin star-star chef. It's not her job, nor is she interested in being a TV personality, unlike the annoying hipster guy in the knit cap...
i know, that women in the glasses is sort of a diva...the other girl is sort of loud
Carlos Parra I think you missed the point of OP’s comment...
Walking
Dude thank you. That dude has to get some hacky joke in each time
"Hipster guy in the knit cap" im calling him that from now on
Why is all the good food in places where I'm not😢
Cause you dont go there
Star Experience It actually depends what country you are on right now. I kinda felt offended from your comment, because I relate to Lil Roe, yet dont care.
@@AUFartool If I was made of money I wouldn't be complaining
@@mr.commentboi3707 Thank you
Same
I was working one day with chef Missy Robbins i didnt know she had 2 michelin stars. In Croatia at chefs stage "Šibenik" .She was talking she had pasta restaurant in Brooklyn called "Lilia". Very friendly and good chef.
Hat guy could have been left at home.
Agreed
Foodie magician = most annoying nickname a person could have
And boy does he live up to it.
Trying to be the next Food Gawd. 😂🍲OH Jonathan.

youre not the only expert. Every person is an expert.
I am an expert. I liked the name.
That guy wearing the beanie is so annoying
The hipster guy looks like he'd buy "weed" from an 8th grader when it's really dried oregano then smoke it at a Killers concert
Famous food instagramer/ magician. Wow mom and dad must be doubly proud.
When the food reviewers are more interested in eating the food than taking about it, you know the food is great.
I'd never share a plate with someone who bites off spaghetti on the plate as what food magician did.
Andro Senique exactly
....Jesus Christ. I'd never travel with someone like you lmao. I guess you'd never kiss anyone either.
Absolutely not. As long as you're not eating out of the same bowl as someone with Ebola, your good to go. Our society is fucked. We literally have people who will eat someones asshole out but not double dip a chip. Fuckin Westerners.
LOL You know stress and anxiety are one of the leading causes of heart disease? P.S. If somebody has Ebola, and is sitting with you at the dinner table, I'd be worried about more than double dipping.
It's ok. Nobody wants to share a plate with you anyways.
Making Michelin star quality food takes an enormous amount of skill and knowledge, so everyone who thinks that her food is merely pretentious simply doesn’t understand what great food is. For Michelin star chefs, food isn’t meant to be merely sustenance, food is supposed to be an experience that is crafted meticulously. If you view attention to detail and a passion for creativity as pretentious, then maybe developing a better understanding of what you’re criticising would be helpful.
*Thank God there are wise intelligent not superficial people like you on earth. Being from and having always lived in Italy and having Chefs with even 7 stars like Barbieri and Canavacciuolo from Masterchef, I completely agree with you*
Bless
I loved the assembly line aspect of her food making process combined with the cheap sweat labor. Reminds me that real innovators like Elon Musk should work harder to shape the future or be doomed to shaping wheat durum noodles for unknown foodies for a living.
@@mdb2879 sounds pretentious babe, but ok
sounds pretentious babe, but ok
It’s like getting authentic Chinese food from Andrew Zimmern. You should really title this The Best Pasta in ‘Trendy” Brooklyn. Reminds me of the time food insider gave the best cannoli title to a place in Canada. DFOH!
Why do these people (the host) always feel the need to talk about themselves, no one cares we just want to see the food
She's annoying AF. They have needed to replace her for a while now.
@@XusernamegoeshereX wow your jelousy it's showing.
@@RVNess Take a look at the comments, I'm not alone.
And really, finding someone annoying means I'm jealous? Are you 12? lol
Omg agree, your just like my mom 😂
@@XusernamegoeshereX I agree...Aly is the best!
Wow I'm hungry now
I thought some Italian grandma would make the best pasta
In fact my grandmother pasta is better and i come from Bologna "the house" of pasta. Search it on google
But italian grandmas do make the best pastas.... its home cooked food.
I found French cuisine a bit overrated and overpriced.... Italian cuisine was most satisfying...I dunno how much authentic it is but pasta and lasagna and tiramisu are the simple trinity of Happy meal
I wouldn't expect an Italian grandma to make the best pasta "in Brooklyn." Especially since Italian-American food is a different beast.
lepidoptery I agree. Pizza in Italy is also completely different and I rather the American version.
I'm pretty sure that guy was paid to act like he know her
LOL so true
Why? You really believe she doesn't actually have obnoxious people as friends?
Wow that foodie magician guy is obnoxious
My stomach cant even handle how the food magician bites off spaghetti on the plate he's sharing. DISGUSTING. He didn't even bother to twirl the spaghetti with he's fork. WHAT A PIG.
What were you expecting from someone who calls himself the foodie magician?
you're not the expert
let's see you do a show so that we can compare and learn
Nice piece! I love this channel
Im here to completely compliment the place! A friend of mine told me that the journalistic work now a day adds up to be a prostitute or being searching for a job, and it used to be tool of fear for the powerful but that time is far gone.
Good
This Is the only Michelin star chef who actually serves a decent sized meal compared to other chefs who serve 1 grape doused in vinegerrate
Because she doesn't have that many courses, other Michelin places have many courses
this show has the fakest hosts of all time.
Amen
@Eagle no she meant Aly and the foodie magician, not the chef 😋
Why is that I'm curious?
Missy seemed like she sees through it
Lol I agree
pasta has to be my favourite food? anyone else?
Pasta is my sister's favorite food
annabel R I’ll eat pasta everyday than rice. In here we eat rice everyday. Yeah, Asian thing
it's my favourite even though I've only ever eaten basic pasta dishes. like, her place looks like heaven 😭 ✨T✨
The kitchen looks elite af!
Yummy looking cheese pasta!!
Well now I know what I want for lunch
you never be wrong with pasta yummmm
She got one Michelin star at the restaurant A Voce! :) 🤘
Aly is just 😍😍😍😍😍
This makes me think of the movie ratatouille when the critic ate the dish and it reminded him of his childhood
I want to work in that beautiful place, it is amazing how they make the pasta
foodie magician, pick another name dude
lmao
The best pasta is at my nonna's house. Ijs.
@Kris KK exactly lol my nonna could teach this chef a thing or two.
Are you italian?

I was watching another vid from insiders and NONA DORA STILL LOOKS THE BEST
Gosh the salt
good video.
I live near their and it’s good
1:14 was that a rooster?
worst hosts
I wonder why Food Insider don't make a Best of the Best pasta video? I love their pizza videos especially the ones for New York and Chicago.
HEY LONG HAIR WOMAN, IN THE KITCHEN, ALWAYS, WE NEVER HAVE THOSE HAIR DROPPING IN THE FOOD...
PLESAEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
The best pasta in Brooklyn is most likely made by some Italian grandmother in Bensonhurst just saying.Let's hype-it-up:semolina,00flour,water and or eggs....go everyone and wait in line.
Pasta pressed from a bronze die:go to Astoria for that type of pasta or buy a box of barilla. Fresh egg pasta go to Raffett';s on Houston Street or Borgatti's in Da Bronx. Sorry to be so snarky sounding but it's just pasta.....
Felix in Venice, California is the truthhhhhhhh🐼
I now do need to make pasta again and this time make raviolis using a piping bag to put on the cheese because damn I want to try making those little dollops on the pasta and then use a cookie cutter to cut them out.

@@stefaniac.1180 haha I sure will
I really want pasta now
Why in the unsanitary hell would the guy bite off spaghetti on the plate he's sharing. You're supposed to twirl spaghetti on the freaking fork, food magician. I mean, it would be okay if you're not sharing the plate, but in the name of all gods of etiquette, I'd never share a plate of spaghetti with that food magician. DISGUSTING.
DISGUSTINGGG
D i s g u a t a n g
I've literally never gotten sick sharing food despite (gasp!) biting the exact same spot someone else did. Y'all have the weirdest hangups about food sanitation yet making out etc with strangers is fine? lmao. If your immune system really can't handle sharing a little spit then you should seek medical help.
Edith Ottilia yeah, tell that when you get Hepatitis from someone whose leftover you ate
Looks nice inside! 😉
And I thought my $.99 Market Pantry penne with $3 garlic alfredo and Simply Organic Spice Right was good.
I saw on another UA-cam clip that true pasta (spaghetti, fettucine) is required to be dried first, then cooked. In this clip the chef seems to be using wet, freshly shaped, pasta in her dishes?
Look again. The pasta is dried, then cooked, then added to the pan to finish with the sauce.
This makes me wanna break my low carb vow
Come to Italy guys 🇮🇹
I ❣️ you Aly!! Come to Hawai’i to do a restaurant/food review!!
You get much better homemade pasta at Pastosa in Bensonhurst or Borgattis in the Bronx
There is a Big Bold Statement for Ya.
If only I can travel there :3
These people are insufferable.
when you gentrify pasta
Well if this isn't the most judgemental comment section I've ever seen. As if all of you gleaming personalities would do better lol. I think everyone on this show did great and I had a great time watching!!
Female Gordon Ramsay
Its not solo, it was co partnered by jeremy lowin
That looks so good. Hope they have vegan options. Next time NY.
"vegan options"? LMAO! Don't.Just don't.
Theres just something about the pasta
I am sure she is very very strict.
Of course. She wouldn't be at her level and with her success if she wasn't.
That chef looks like she is gonna punch me and take my lunch money
You'd also think a "foodie" would know what a rotini is lol
ughhh these hosts omg stoppppp
Norman Reedus’ brother, Mallo Reedus
At 0:59 what is the name of that pasta?
0:10 that host is the reason why I’m not watching anymore of this video
Wow it's not In a gas station
Yw I made it 1.9k likes ;3
pasta la vista
😍😍😍
I just had spaghetti squash...I should not have watched this...
Diet always starts tomorrow.
so melissa rivers works at food insider now...
Just walk in grab dough, start making pasta with dirty hands huh.😨😳
Let's start in the pasta room, we brought extra ingredients!😷
Hear me out here....they could've washed their hands but either that wasn't filmed or it was edited it out 🤯 Although I agree with you, not washing hands before handle food is gross. I was surprised they weren't wearing hair nets then again they only made food for themselves and no one else 🤷🏽♀️
THANK YOU FOR NOT MAKING ME THE ONLY ONE THINKING THAT! I was feeling sort of guilty that I was annoyed even thinking: 1) they should have all washed their hands before curling the pasta and 2) female host should’ve tied her hair back to prep food. Sorry/Not sorry. Michelin chef seemed very cool and lowkey - I liked her.

Well Misi Restaurant Be Prepared To Have Your Recipe Stolen
The Ever Lasting Heart smartass, the recipe is the what's important. She's a Michelin star chef, even if she wrote down her recipe and handed it to you, you wouldn't be able to come close to the finished product she can, and besides, the experience is as important as the food itself.
that guy is rude and raw.
The chick in the jeans is soooo wired looking.
Do videos on Pakistani Food 🇵🇰
FIRSTTT why did I say that🤣
Please don't touch your hair then touch food 2:33 -- err one of the presenters I like. That and that black chick they use to have that weird to all the offbeat spots.
Halo this is yo 25dolllar pasta. No tankks biss
Yeah the IG hat guy was terrible. Hamming it up instead of allowing the chef to be the star.
