  • Neurofatigue is the longest lasting symptom and hardest to explain to others who haven't experienced it but knowing your own triggers and working around them can make a difference!

I have POTS and chronic migraines, and I can relate to this on such a deep level. Some days are better than others. I definitely only have so many spoons each day, different amounts depending on the day, and when I’ve used up all my spoons..that’s it. So I’ve got to always plan accordingly. Heat and standing for long periods of time are both huge triggers for me which is unfortunate being a mom of a 5 & 2yo that I’m chasing around all day lol.
People who don’t experience it just don’t get it.

I had trouble chasing our daughter around and bathing her when she was little. People didn't understand.

I have a few different diagnoses that aren’t brain injuries but are neurological conditions and cause the same issues. I still relate and really appreciate this! Thank you for reminding me I’m not broken, I’m going to have easier days and harder days, and there are strategies that can help make it easier. You rock! ❤

Thanks. I have hydrocephalus and Autism. I take 1800mg of Citicoline daily. It feels like I'm coming back to life now. I still have to nap often. I get more work done after it cools down at night. Heat really bothers me.

After a mild stroke, I am extremely fatigued by noises. My family thinks I’m negative, a sourpuss, etc. it’s not getting better over time. ❤ thanks!
