- Join the concrete crew as we start a new project which includes the installation of a new construction concrete driveway, patio, steps, front walk, and city approach. We got a great jump on the first day and things are moving right along. Enjoy

I am concerned about his health also. He’s young, he’s got his whole life ahead of himself and has all of these ideas in his head that he is always telling Ryan…he needs guidance in his life. Losing weight is going to be tough…but it is a necessary and positive goal to obtain.
I don't wanna jump to conclusions because it already seems like he has some kind of underlying medical conditions but I feel like he could really use a gastric bypass surgery to get him started on the right path. But of course it is advised to get a medical exam to determine the best course of action.

Been in heavy construction for over 30 years and have worked with hundreds of contractors/subs , , , I don't know if your crew realizes how lucky they are - the scene where they are enjoying a home cooked lunch from the boss' mom is truely special. Well done Ryan! 👍👍👍

Honestly don't understand how you keep Darryl around, all these things he does would drive me absolutely insane. I would rather have guys who show up late but actually learn things and improve their skills over someone who makes rookie mistakes and go off to sleep on the job almost daily

My sister owns a business with 300 employees. And she employs her 2 best friends and she shows no favoritism towards them. How Darryl still has a job is beyond me you give away money! They know that that’s why they keep doing it i can out work Darryl with my health being bad. Pay me what he gets paid
