Yeah, youtube isnt very good at translating I guess, but if I don't try then it won't show up in your language, so at least I'll do it for that reason and use your improved titles - thanks again!
And, our program adjust for in-season training; the best players in the US still are on a good strength program during the season - pretty much year-round.

My son pitch about 80 pitches in a game, in the low 80s, and he has conflicting advices regarding icing his elbow or shoulder right after the game. Do you have an opinion on that? Thank you
In my proverbial neck of the woods, the high school kids typically participate in three sports throughout the school year, football/soccer, basketball/wrestling, and baseball. Have you published a weight lifting program to benefit baseball players that they could follow during the entire school year? At the least, it seems it would have to be conducted early in the morning before school commencement to allow for muscle refreshment by the time practice begins in the afternoon - but that may say more about what I don't know than what I know.
But what? I'm 35 next month, have been a certified strength coach since 2006 and owned my own facility for nearly a decade. Feel free to not watch my videos.

This one is updated monthly by us to reflect the changing seasons, so it should work for most players year-round.

By doing these every day how much mph could you expect someone who throws 80 right now to gain in 3 months?
