Also I never watched the mlb combine but what do they do for pitchers? Is it the same as football like 40 yard dash, bench press, etc?

I like that they called it lower body training instead of just "legs", because they are training a lot of core as well as the connection between legs and core with these exercises.
As a right handed pitcher my right leg was always stronger for my single leg RDL.. but I threw 87. Things are starting to make sense
