Less crons way more extremely annoying and tedious failstacks. While I'm happy it's less crons and overall i like the update. But I really hate that they added despairs for failstack yet they don't even go up to 150 or 200 stack... if they added that, karazad patch would be Ws all around
@JtwasLuck instanced pvp may slowly get fixed/updates but thats it. Too many people came back due to the changes to open world pvp and its healthier for new player retention. But yeah instanced pvp should get some love. Just depends how long it'll be till then. They also mentioned the hardcore pvp servers recently.

Punishing players who go red more, removing one-sided guild war declarations, making it way way harder for people to feed others to mobs(you used to be able to just CC chain people and if a mob got the last hit, itd act as they died to PvE causing them to lose crystals.) Its basically just been a bunch of grief protection changes which is great.

Yeah I'm hesitant with this. In any game I've played I try to stay away from non sellable gear cuz you NEVER know if down the road something better will come. Cuz then you're stuck with billions upon billions of silver in items you can it get rid of and they just become bank dwelling items. I may stick with my tradeables

I am confused. currently i have 5x PEN tungrad set and one PEN disto. So i have 200% black spirit rage bonus and +12 AP from 5x tungrad set. But watching this video. if i want 200% BSR also with Kharazhad, i need to put 4x jin dawn BSR crystal, but that means -8 sheet ap ? and i also lose 12 ap set from tungrad set ? i mean, ok i have 2 more slots where i can put +4 ap dawn crystal, but still, that is brutal penalization, why ? makes me want to keep my current accesories setup and dont bother with kharazhad at all ...

he probably wanna say that karazad is better than debo , since karazad gives 24 ap while 5 sets debo gives 20 ap, debo earring is best in slot which means it is better than other earring accessories such as narc/dawn/disto, and you can convert it to karazad later.
The only negative I have, is that the won/bon crystals are kinda useless once you have the silver. id rather have them give a better but smaller trade of ap against their stats for the lower versions, so it might be more efficent to use one or 2 won crystals instead of 1 jin, if you dont need the full dp. but i guess they didnt want that for giving the jin versions you make from other accessories more valuable and keep pve players away from using them.
This isn't a disagreement with the PEN debo -> NOV kharazad equivalency in your analysis of cumulative crons, but I think it's worth mentioning that stat-wise PEN = OCT and the cumulative cron count is even more substantial of a metric because it's... I think almost 1/4 the cost of crons of trying to tap a PEN debo for equivalent stats. If my memory and math of your chart serves lol. I think you said it was close to 110k crons for an average PEN debo, and your chart said 27k crons for OCT kharazad i think. Wouldnt you need to add all previous Succeeds from Hex/Hep/Oct on your Kharazad Accsessorie, since you are skipping these on your *one tap Debo click*? (That would raise the Need of crons from 58 to like 110k if i counted that up correctly) Not saying you are wrong, since you are explaining it very well, i was just curious.
What I'm really struggling with is at what point should I go for Kharazad accessories? I just finished a Jetina Crescent and I was gonna do the 2nd one but now I wonder if it's a waste. When in gearing up is it cost efficient to go for these accessories? I am 284 AP 357 DP with tuvala earrings, a V crescent, & full V capotia everything else
idunno but its kinda still same in terms of pen kara and tet debo if you add the crafting of kara its cost 10b+ then enchance it into pen kara overall 30b+ then tet debo rn is 34-5b+

As new player. It feels like it is impossible to ever catch up to even little. Systems after systems. Way too many. Played 5months straight and only have one boss armor and manage to make one pen belt. Still zero debos. Since I don't have enough gear to grind those areas. I just had to quit the game. It felt like game respects zero your time.. :(
Alot of items are practically handed to new players now, t9 horses, t10 mythical horse, tet bs, pen bs, a full set of tet boss gear and capotia accessories on completion of season, practically every month there is resources/gear/items handed out to new/returning players, it has never been an easier time for new players, it's only now with the kharazad accessories, that loyal long time players received incentive to actually play for
This might be fine looking at the cost and gearing overall, but it also sucks out last bits of excitement coming from enhancing. They will turn all your gear purple and for the next 10 years you will be grinding for your 1 to 2 AP / DP upgrades. People cried when they got their PEN blackstars. Nobody's going to cry about anything anymore.
The question is: what happens to the "agris" of the unsuccessful Debos once karazad comes in. I feeling the people stuck at tet will be tempted to trade in even at tet. So what happens to their accumulated agris stack

I haven't finished the video yet but how are you trying to make us believe this system is less cron reliant than debos when you currently need and should use 0 crons base to pen on deborekas? and don't get me wrong i like this system except for the fact that it's kinda boring
@@ClipzF1 I think that there's already a very large amount of gear progression in the game, and I really don't think that there needs to be a whole lot more. For a player that has everything in the game I'm sure that they might yearn for more, but for 99.9 percent of players they aren't fully maxed out and feel very little incentive to get more gear, so adding more just makes it less motivating.
The idea of having a 100% best in slot in every single situation sounds so boring to me, I'd rather they just fix accessory upgrading, but that's just my opinion ig
If the Dec crystals aren’t guaranteed, 5.3% enhance chance x6 accs = many clicks and easily years of rifts. Which makes Nov the cap. So anyone with a pen Debo is now capped with their pen.5 accessory. Given the price of some pen Debos is less than the average price to craft either pen Debo or Nov karazad it could be best to just buy pen Debos from the gamblers who enhance them (More available than they used to be) and free exchange to Nov karazad. Which would make karazad into godr 2.0. Short term gains for long term cost.
Origins are already skyrocketing in price. Rip the excel spreadsheet in the video lol. But yeah i think the Karazad patch is going to be great. Might be some wonk things thatll happen and the patch didnt mention the part of the dev video where they said theyd be giving us already enhanced yellow accessories in the loot tables of higher end grind spots. a bit annoyed at the failstacks needed just to get to tet/pen/hex( the higher levels obviously make sense tho) which they could have easily just used the despair update to fix that problem but other than that. good update.

IV debo has inherent extra value from the ability to resell and chance for directly tapping it to V debo, it's the same case on why IV Blackstar is generally more expensive than DUO/TRI Godr ayed
When you compare shit with shit, it's still shit is it not? 60k crons is still a lot of crons, the fact is the accessibility is now going to be even wider between P2W and grind to play, the availability of PEN debo on CM will be even more rare and expensive as a whole. Let alone the other PEN accessories for the crystal conversion. All this does is make their paypig cron formula even better for whales.. This change is fantastic for especially you because of the 50k hours you've played as a full time job, you can just convert your debos for a flat increase.. But for mid gear players or people that haven't gotten full pen yet its garbage and even worse. If they dont announce any crons drop increase via ingame methods that isn't just 2 singular crons, this takes us back to square one.
im honestly really bored of this game, its enhancement system is fkn trash. There's nothing worse then items downgrading or being deleted because you failed to enhance. They should just remove that bullshit. Cut the pitty system in half and remove durability.
I have gripes about the system, I wrote a whole post and just said nah I'll delete it. This system isn't going to fix anything imo and causes more issues with crystal inventory in incraments of 6,12,18,24. They will 100% be crystals if you think otherwise I am sorry but you didn't read the post or you were dropped as a kid. Every behavior they have like being unlocked from a gear slot upgrade (like weapon) or explicitly stating they don't break, being named jin bon won, all crystal related things. I don't want to enhance, I hate enhancing, I came back this year because I was told by so many people "You can literally just buy your upgrades and go grind the silver, enhancing isn't required". Absolutely required with karazad, they will redesign brackets or make higher brackets that require nov+ and force us to enhance. That's how they make money, enhancing for pve. They don't make money off of pvp.
guys, look ahead, next acc you need dec to upgrade then your arguments are mute. i also hate gambling but grinding 200-300b for 1 out of 5 pieces ( i have only 1 pen debo) is insane to me.

just go for it, F the jetina until they buff it more, very easy for you to get the TET khazad nowawaday and it cost less than a jetina

Karazad doesn't break or downgrade if you use cron so you don't need hammer at all. The only time it downgrade is if you don't use cron.
Hammers have listed items which it can be used for in description so no you can’t use them for karazad

@@ClipzF1 I think that there's already a very large amount of gear progression in the game, and I really don't think that there needs to be a whole lot more. For a player that has everything in the game I'm sure that they might yearn for more, but for 99.9 percent of players they aren't fully maxed out and feel very little incentive to get more gear, so adding more just makes it less motivating.

If the Dec crystals aren’t guaranteed, 5.3% enhance chance x6 accs = many clicks and easily years of rifts. Which makes Nov the cap. So anyone with a pen Debo is now capped with their pen.5 accessory.
Given the price of some pen Debos is less than the average price to craft either pen Debo or Nov karazad it could be best to just buy pen Debos from the gamblers who enhance them (More available than they used to be) and free exchange to Nov karazad.
Which would make karazad into godr 2.0.

But yeah i think the Karazad patch is going to be great. Might be some wonk things thatll happen and the patch didnt mention the part of the dev video where they said theyd be giving us already enhanced yellow accessories in the loot tables of higher end grind spots.
a bit annoyed at the failstacks needed just to get to tet/pen/hex( the higher levels obviously make sense tho) which they could have easily just used the despair update to fix that problem but other than that. good update.

IV debo has inherent extra value from the ability to resell and chance for directly tapping it to V debo, it's the same case on why IV Blackstar is generally more expensive than DUO/TRI Godr ayed

When you compare shit with shit, it's still shit is it not? 60k crons is still a lot of crons, the fact is the accessibility is now going to be even wider between P2W and grind to play, the availability of PEN debo on CM will be even more rare and expensive as a whole. Let alone the other PEN accessories for the crystal conversion.
All this does is make their paypig cron formula even better for whales..
This change is fantastic for especially you because of the 50k hours you've played as a full time job, you can just convert your debos for a flat increase.. But for mid gear players or people that haven't gotten full pen yet its garbage and even worse.
If they dont announce any crons drop increase via ingame methods that isn't just 2 singular crons, this takes us back to square one.

im honestly really bored of this game, its enhancement system is fkn trash. There's nothing worse then items downgrading or being deleted because you failed to enhance. They should just remove that bullshit. Cut the pitty system in half and remove durability.

I have gripes about the system, I wrote a whole post and just said nah I'll delete it. This system isn't going to fix anything imo and causes more issues with crystal inventory in incraments of 6,12,18,24. They will 100% be crystals if you think otherwise I am sorry but you didn't read the post or you were dropped as a kid. Every behavior they have like being unlocked from a gear slot upgrade (like weapon) or explicitly stating they don't break, being named jin bon won, all crystal related things.
I don't want to enhance, I hate enhancing, I came back this year because I was told by so many people "You can literally just buy your upgrades and go grind the silver, enhancing isn't required".
Absolutely required with karazad, they will redesign brackets or make higher brackets that require nov+ and force us to enhance. That's how they make money, enhancing for pve. They don't make money off of pvp.
Literally buy pen Debo and you are done with enchanting
With choice spreadsheet we still see that buying pen Debo is cheaper and enchanting nov karazad so yea
