I really appreciate you showing the participants of all ages and body types. It’s fantastic. Dance is for EVERYONE, and I’ve been reading that dance not only relieves stress, and can help recharge your immune system, but also it improves body brain communication. I’ve noticed my memory, creativity, posture, mood, and thinking steadily improving, since I started dance classes last year, on my Dr.’s orders to incease physical activity. (Wish he were as funny as you, tho!😆) Thank you Nathan!👏🏽💐

Dancing at the club is all about having fun and not caring if you look like a fool.
I went out on Friday with my brother, a friend of his and our 40 year old neighbour.
My brother eventually dragged me onto the dancefloor.
We mostly just waved our hands in the air, jumped and slightly moved our feet when got tired 🤣
It was actually a lot of fun, and I want to go this weekend too.
But this time I won't be driving hehe

Fuck I just discovered this channel and this is amazing. The moves are simple but universal and look so fun, just watching this video has got me bopping in my seat and excited to dance. Other channels you can spend an hour learning a 30 second piece of choreography

the moves r so cool and the energy is so on point but i am just waaay to slow for the pace - totally missing out on the party hahah
These moves definitely aren't for beginners, so I wouldn't feel bad! Check out my 'Beginner' playlist or keep an eye out for the yellow tinted thumbnails. Some of those are still a little quick if you haven't had much exposure to dance. That's where my Colourform program comes in 😊
