    I feel like my arm is too short if that makes sense? Like when I try to hold my foot it makes my leg bend because its not long enough? Idk if I'm doing it wrong or what

    Another outstanding video, Donavan. I'm still working my flex issues for seated splits and progressing. But it's inspiring to see someone who's persisted and achieved such amazing flexibility. Haircut looks great, BTW, and good job dressing up Samery:)

    I it possible for a 16 teen like me able to do a high side kick like you ? I can open a fount split but I can't open a side split....

    My only problem is that I can’t lift my leg as high without my other leg bending...is there a way to fix that

      Oh that's totally normal! It's simply a lack of flexibility. As your leg comes up, your other one bends to compensate for the fact that you haven't quite achieved the amount of flexibility needed. Work on doing more stretches for your hamstrings, hips, and inner groin muscles and that should help!
