My midwife suggested mixing 1/4 tsp of baking soda with a glass of water as well for heartburn! That and digestive enzymes helped me. ☺️

i wish i was more intentional w my pelvic floor. After having my boys its crazy how much it changes ! and chiropractic care seems to really help with a good birth from my experience. You look so great ! 🥰
