This is my favourite song from the album "folklore" - I love Bon Iver's music ("Holocene" is one of my all-time favourite songs) so I was excited to see this collaboration between Justin and Taylor - with such a beautiful song as a result. I've been trying to finish this cover for weeks!! Yesterday I finally found a way to do it - I hope you like it! Some of these covers I finish in a day or two.. and there are others, like this one.. which I seem to have to live with for a while.. let them distill.. and .. find a way to adapt it to the piano .. I always want to honour the essence of the song.. but still make sure it works well as a piano piece.. anyway.. I'm happy with the arrangement now .. and I hope you are too!

Paul Hankinson yes it’s so haunting sounding I love it. I attempted learning it on the piano because I used to take lessons when I was younger and I didn’t get very far with it 😂. It just doesn’t sound as nice on the guitar which is what I use for Taylor’s songs. I’m positive you could play it much much better 😊❣️
