I have known about Easy Peasy forever and loved the effort and idea behind it, but couldn’t get on board with having to scroll to the lesson everyday. I found out about the My EP Assignments and it’s amazing! Instead of scrolling through the lesson everyday and keeping up with where they are, each of my kids can go to the dashboard and just click on their name and all of the day’s assignments are in one place by subject. They can do it and click when they are done and it progresses to the next lesson automatically. It’s also very easy to add, remove, or change courses on the parent side of things. You can also pick courses from any of their offering from K-12. I have my oldest doing classes from mixed grade levels. I saved a shortcut to the dashboard so the kids only have to click on that to get right to where they need to be.
Very helpful! I have an 8th grader this year!😬 Good idea on taking course yourself to brush up. I might do that as well. That way if they have questions we are not lost and feeling foolish. 👍🏼
Thank you for covering Easy Peasy today! I always forget about this wonderful resource. It's so simple and seems to flow very nicely with the RC method.
Yeah, I can’t believe Easy Peasy offers so much for free too…it’s great! We’re only doing 1st grade but we’ve been using them since Preschool. Sometimes I think about doing the High School courses too. I even created my own profile!🤣
I commented before I fully watched the video. 😂 I will be using this for my high schooler this year instead of trying to place her in the RC and keep all my other children on the RC right from the start. I love your videos and all of your extras on Etsy.
@@landofkakiakahomeschool I’m not 100 percent sure yet what I will do. I know for certain I will use both those literature courses for 9th and 10th grade. I have one that I graduated 2022 but we used pieced together things, had I found RC sooner- I would have had her doing rc.
I love Easy Peasy as a resource, but I hated going all over the internet every day. Many of the science and history lessons were very repetitive and it got very stale. The online aspect really did not work for us. I use it as a frame work to build my out my own courses. I love that the history courses all follow the same time line and theme so you can do it as a group and still give the high schoolers appropriate work. I like the assignments and activities that Easy Peasy offers over what TGATB offers.
I wish people would realize not everyone has access to internet everyday. A lot of people who homeschool assume everyone has internet and printers. Im glad she provides some of her stuff offline though

I love that! It sounds like you can really customize the education to the student! They’ve really done so much to bless homeschoolers!
I like the easy peasy stuff. I have also done several of the high school courses with my kiddos just to keep up with them.
Oh good endorsement! Thank you!

That's what I figured too lol!

I agree! Thanks for watching!

I think I'm going to create one for me too! lol!
That’s such a great idea.
Does your son do his online? Or do you have the books for him?
@@lizgomez3281 We mainly do the offline, with the workbooks. But occasionally, we do the online to play the different games & watch videos.

Thank you! That sounds like a good idea. Will you use the book list for other subjects?

@@landofkakiakahomeschool I don’t have Facebook- I still have not taken the leap to join any social media aside from UA-cam 😂
@@vee9133 oh my I'll make a video on it so you can see. It's scope and sequences RC parents have made for high school using RC books!

And some of us just prefer paper too! I do.
