Multiplying two three-digit numbers quickly.

- Опубліковано 26 бер 2013
- Mr. John Hush multiplies two three-digit numbers faster than his student competitors in a mysterious way: no rough-work; just the final answer (product)! This is NOT the same trick as in a previous, but similar, video.

Wow, I like so much the dynamic of his course. He is so smart and he also making his students to feel very relaxed, actually the whole atmosphere is interesting. This teacher is really that kind of math teacher who is able to make you to want to learn mathematics. I wish I had this kind of teachers in my country... But instead I have teachers who prefer to apply an imperious approach.
This kind of dynamic is common in Canada and the U.S.
@@dexternegreanu4768 I bet. I wish it was the same here, in Eastern Europe.
@@ciobanualin3360 Yeah, making student's feel comfortable to engage, sparking their interest in the subject, and fostering curiosity in them are all highly valued goals of education here. Each of those goes a long way in facilitating learning. Of course, there are also classrooms here that are bad learning environments, but, like I said, ones like Mr. Hush's are very common. How different is it there and why do you think that is?
@@dexternegreanu4768 In my country the whole system is broken. First of all, even from a fragile age, you are being kinda obligated to learn anything, about everything. There is no such term as "choice of what you like". If you enroll to a school, you must prepare to aspire to become a master in every discipline which is studied on earth, but of course, theoretically you end up knowing and being expert at every possible area of study, but you don't actually know anything. Even in highschool, you end up to study a lot of useless disciplines, even if you have any interest for it, or not. The lack of your right to study only what you like, or what you are interested in, is just only one problem. You have just 2 options, study everything, or nothing. The second problem is represented by, as I already mentioned, the dynamic of the courses. In truth, there are some good teachers here too, who know how to make you feel appreciated and unpressured at their classes, but most of them, 80% to say, are just teachers who own a superior attitude and if you don't act like they want you to, or if you don't like what they are teaching you, instantly you are labeled as being "stupid", "bully", or just a "rebel".

Probably waiting..! Watched 5 times didn't get that point still ..!
samething wtf
It's easy. 953x1000=953000; so 953x1001=953953.
Basically everytime you copy the number you'll be multiplying it by the same amount of digits in zeros+1 so you can get it copied. Ex.: 12x101=1212, 123x1001=123123, 1234x10001=12341234, etc.
