The stat distribution is on purpose for a reason. This is a niche build where the stats wont help as much leading to an "unconventional" stat distribution that is triggering a lot of people lol. Vigor above 60 is a waste. Mind you don't need it, the skill cast of the weapon lasts 1 MINUTE per. Endurance, if you are using rakshasa for more damage, you don't need it. If you are using the lighter build, it a preference to push to a heavier build and pump endurance. The skill ONLY scales with INT and weapon LVL, leveling Dex and or Str is a waste. You don't need Dex for casting, Azure staff will do the job fine. You are not using faith to cast buffs since it would lead to off-handing two things and being obnoxious. The logical answer is 99 Intelligence for slightly more damage, why not. :)
If you just wanna do build for testing. You can make backup save from game files by copying your current save file to different place. If you think you don't like the build, just pull the backsave back to it's original place and you have same gears and larval tear back as before you restated your build. There are videos on YT how the backup save is done, it's eeasy and can save plenty of larval tears.
Only thing I disagree with is that the Moonlight Greatsword is accessible 'early game'. 1: You have to beat Astel which isn't that easy with a low level build. 2: You have to beat Morgott to even open the door after Astel to get to the Moonlight Altar.
The part about defeating morgott is not true, to open the door behind astel, its only necessary to get the darkmoon ring (located at the chest in the rennalla boss room)
This is actively false lmao You dont need to kill morgott you only need to kill radahn renalla and astel for the sword You can literaly get the sword pre Altus
Correction, the Blue Seal you saw was due to the Chest in Renalla's room. You have to beat Radahn, Renalla, Astel. Morgott only effects the Frenzy Flame access.
I mean it is not a caster build, we have 40 virtual dex with Azure staff, that enough imo. Faith yeah I would understand, it was kinda tough to suggest that to people since its very inconvenient to weird a staff and seal and switch. The logical answer was why not push to 99 in a situation where the stats are wasted anyways, might as well get some damage out of them.
If you kill Alexander when you first meet him in Limgrave he'll drop the Warrior Jar Shard. It increases skill damage by 10% instead of the 15% you get with the Shard of Alexander from killing him at the end of the game in Farum Azula.
99 stats points is 'silly' unless you've maxed out any other stats. The soft cap is 60 and 80. After reaching that point, your increase gain will be very minimum (aka the least). Sides, there are also armors, talismans, great runes, and boosts/buffs that can boost your stats (to reach that soft cap level). Better distribute the points to other stats.
The second build is to push the damage as much as possible while being semi-easy to use. I understand where you are coming for, I do the same in most builds. However, this is a niche situation. You are going for a bit more value since the stats would be useless in other areas. Vigor above 60 is a waste, mind you don't need it, endurance you are using rakshasa for more damage, you are not using faith to cast buffs since it would lead to offhanding two things and being obnoxious. The logical answer is 99 int for slightly more damage, why not. :)
@@OUSAYT For cheesing ONLY boss, yeah. But for playing the whole game like beating the field enemies too, running around, etc, you can spend to FP, Stam, etc. Surely this game isn't just about the bosses?
I feel like you are making arrangements for the sake of arguments. Are you seriously arguing for the build not working for exploration? The skill will do fine in ad clearing. The mind in the builds will provide 3 to 4 minutes up time WITHOUT a refill. Carry 2 FP flasks and now you have 9 Minutes of explorations without needing a grace. I mean if you need more than 9-12 minutes to explore from a grace to a grace, I dont know what to say. Then, regardless of build, just do it in sections.
@@OUSAYT No, I coz I'm playing not just running straight into bosses. I see lots of ppl playing this game just running from boss A to boss Z. It's stupid, it's an open world RPG and it's being treated like Mario Bros. You can play like that, I don't blame you or hating you. I'm just saying, in my perspective, it's stupid (for me). If it's good for you, good for you.
@@thepainphantombuilds like these are fun to play with for NG+ runs and such. You’ve got to remember after a few play through a it gets tedious to spend hours in catacombs and areas you’ve already seen. That’s when it’s really fun to use these builds. Also like he said once you learn to manage stamina and health 60 vigor and more endurance or FP aren’t really needed if managed correctly. But you can always keep leveling up and have a separate character for PVP if you want to stick to a meta build you can have a darkroom great sword 150 meta build and a second fun damage maximizing build. :)

king
2:59 the axe talisman does effect it but it only effects the heavy part of it not the projectile
Ya and the build is to purely buff the projectiles so :)
There goes another laval tear😂
XD
Trueeee

@@igozi5728 link? I *watched two and they have different methods lol
@@igozi5728thankss
i really liked the way you explained the stuff
The two hand sword talisman does work if the physical part of the blade hits with the projectile you just have too be close enough for both too hit
True, but it's a wasted slot, since it is very unlikely to happen :)
Blessed blue dew talisman regens FP fast enough to always keep the Moonlight Greatsword charged
After hitting 713 I got bored ad now I’m looking to use the weapon of my queen at the maximum of my potential
(I still suck ass at the game)
Do a build on the marais executioner's sword it’s my favorite weapon in Elden Ring
Goated once again💯 most of my builds come from your videos love the content❤️
Two handed or axe both boost the skill just on the weapon hit so you could get almost 400 percent hitting with the weapon

Yoooo! I forgot about Morogtt!!!!! That changes everything yikes. Radahn and Astel can be beat early. Fair point!

Well then, accessible relatively early it is :)

you know that 10% extra damage from the magic scorpion talisman? yeah just ignore that.
love it.
Maybe going for 80 int and the rest in dex to cast faster or even faith to buff more is better since int soft cap is at 80

Howl of shabiri needs a lot of faith to ise
Wow, Two-Handed talisman is so surprisingly limited in it's use ......
Solid build btw.
“You can use this build from the early game!”
“Shard of Alexander” is our first talisman😂😂😂
Nice build man! Thanks for the vid!

Have you done a video on a milady build?
can you combine this bbuild easily with having another weapon to do the new carian sword aow
Ya you can easily do that :)
Can you make a video on radahns swords (the DLC radahn)
Thx 4 this Video ; Whats aboute rannis Snowwitch hat? Ist this not bush the dmg? BR
I don't think so. The hat says it buffs cold sorceries
Hey can I put more stats to str/dex while having 99 int
could you do a Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear build for the dlc?
It should be the next one :)
@@OUSAYT thanks, i wanted a new build to help people on co-op

Is there a clear difference between shard of Alexander and Godfreys icon?
Shard of Alexander buffs the skills damage while Godfrey's icon buffs the charged attack of the skill only and not the unchanged one. :)

Can’t help but notice you kept saying early game when you can’t get the sword until LATE GAME
You literally can get it pre altus
Snow Witch Hat ???
Does it work for ng 2
