It was such a sweet moment. The fact Leo practices his cheesy one-liners and is eager for his brother's approval, along with Mikey being more than happy to validate that.
I do actually love how Mikey acknowledges and voices how Leo’s responsibility is the reason the rest of them are able to do the things they enjoy with no real repercussions or fall backs. Because of Leo’s responsibility, Raph can trust that even if he rushes into a fight too soon, Leo will have his back and will have a back up plan to help them. Donnie can know there’s someone responsible enough to potentially help with his inventions, to help with his lab, and to potentially rein the others in if needed. And Mikey realizes, that because of Leo’s responsibility, he doesn’t have to work so hard. He has someone there to support him, to help explain things, to take the load off him. Now I love all the incarnations! They all have a special place in my heart.. but this version seemed to take more time into letting the others understand why Leo is the way he is. And it seems they appreciate him a whole lot in this version. Edit: Listen guys, I’m not saying anything bad about the other turtles! I’m not saying the others aren’t important, and I’m not saying Leo is the most important. I’ve just noticed Leo’s leadership has been seen as more of a joke, until later seasons or when he happens to not act as leader in every adaptation that he’s the oldest. So it’s nice seeing one of his brothers actively point out his importance, that’s all.

Mikey is an insightful character. I love Mikey because there is more to him than what you're seeing. It's what you don't see, yet it's there. Those are the kind of characters I love most, and Mikey is one of them.
Mikey has always been my favorite and it’s true. He may be a real goofball and the baby of the family, but he also has his limits. Not to mention, he can be pretty sharp depending on the situation. One of my favorite moments was 4:14 from season 4. He acknowledges Leo’s position as the leader and oldest brother, along with all those responsibilities and the stress that comes with it. He’s very observant that way. This was a characteristic I didn’t take notice in until I rewatched it years later. It only made me love and appreciate Mikey even more. 🧡
I agree! In fact, i think that might’ve been the foundations for how later interpretations handled his character. Like in Rise for example, he’s very explicitly the most emotionally intelligent and intuitive of the brothers, acting as a sort of family therapist who keeps them in check. I’m glad to see them leaning in on that side of his character more rather than just making him the but of the joke.
I like how he plays the level headed one when leo is compromised emotionally, offering to look after raph or when he was provoked by karai and mikey reminded him what the goal was. this might be the most mature version of mikey we got. still lazy and fun but knows when to step up if needed. I'm not a mikey fan but this is the version I like best. not to mention the bond between the brothers felt more supportive of each other and leo.
yeah, he has his moments. In every interation, that's a bit questionable, minus Rise, I guess. Let's not talk about how he almost hit mikey with a pipe😅
My favourite moment was in Season 4. When Mikey was re challenged to another Battle Nexus tournament, everyone, even Master Splinter abandoned Mikey for his time of need due to Mikey's arrogance, but Leo despite his attitude change still stepped up & wanted to help his brother train & believed that Michelangelo has potential to be a great fighter if he actually put his mind to it. It will always remain as one of my favourite Leo & Mikey brotherly moments.
Same, that’s what I liked about their dynamic. I mean Leo has always believed and have faith in Mikey unlike Raph and Donnie and understands that he is a decent fighter in the tournament if Mikey actually put his mind to it. Another thing about Mikey is that in the beginning of the episode Samurai tourist, Mikey kinda understands what Leo has been going through for like the first half of season 4. Hell, Mikey even said to Donnie, Raph and Casey in that scene to where they don’t understand Leo’s depression, he told them “why dont you all just lay off the poor guy, I mean it can’t be fun for always being a responsible one”.
Raph, Donnie and Splinter was teasing him cause it was Mikey overconfident that cause him that problem but when the opponent tried to kill him they step in to help.
Honestly I don't think we realize how much 2003 Leo trusts Mikey. Like, obviously he's still the baby of the family and whatnot, but Leo trusts him. Tmnt 2003 made Mikey actually right, unlike every other incarnation of Mikey where he is the comedic character by being an absolute idiot, Mikey from 2003 is the comedic character because he is just purely annoying and acts like a goofball because he is able to, but he isn’t dumb by any means, he actually knows how to talk and your normal average definition while other Michelangelo in other tmnt are just absolute morons. It just shows, not every comedic character has to be an idiot or shown as one, but most shows don’t understand that. 2003 did a lot right but they really did their comedic character right.
there isnt alot on the 2003 tmnt but can you do raph and leo brotherly moments? since i always loved raph for saying in 2012 "i dont mind getting myself hurt, but my brothers" in 2003 version i LOVED the scenes where Leo got stabbed and killed, basically twice, raph had the sound of "LEO! NOOOOOOOO" and rushed instantly to hurt karai who killed leo to avenge leo, just fits into raphs charachter so well, and makes it seem raph loves leo the most, he basically squares up against shredder instantly just because he got in the way of raph revenging leo getting hurt

Just came from a 2012 tmnt... and I gotta say. I feel like 2003 TMNT are the older versions of 2012 😂 Cause they share this type of wholesome bond too ☺️
That would be cool if we get an iteration of that where somehow 2003 is the 2012 older
@@kobebrewster2549 i wouldn't go that far. kind of prefer they stay their own thing versions but the 2003 turtles def seem a bit more emotionally mature.
"uhh.. meep"
"close enough"
Proof this is the best tmnt
Fav show 😂
3:53
Yoda: Not even close, he is not.
0:49 Leo looks so cute when he sleeps
I love all these videos!
OP your galaxy brain is dazzling, I adore them so much. And just as the others already mentioned, there's no higher peak than their relationship in Season 4 :)
5:52 Mikey really be watching goofy ah cartoons
Always looking out for each other
4:13 were some deep thoughts... and truths.
i love the chemestry these four have with each other.
The comments of ‘ Leo that was off the charts of the Sap-O-Meter and The Grouchy Raph of The West just absolutely killed me on the Laughing Meter! That was so funny! Thanks for the laughs! 😆🤣😂
this is the best tmnt for me
Always
Love this series and Leonardo is my favorite turtle
Leo seems somewhat parentified when working with Mikey.
2:46 2:53 3:01 are my top favorite scenes
Tmnt 2003 made Mikey actually right, unlike every other incarnation of Mikey where he is the comedic character by being an absolute idiot, Mikey from 2003 is the comedic character because he is just purely annoying and acts like a goofball because he is able to, but he isn’t dumb by any means, he actually knows how to talk and your normal average definition while other Michelangelo in other tmnt are just absolute morons. It just shows, not every comedic character has to be an idiot or shown as one, but most shows don’t understand that. 2003 did a lot right but they really did their comedic character right.
I'm right there with you on that. Never undermine the comedy relief. There's more to them than you think, and Mikey is the perfect example.
Mikey has never been an idiot in other versions. But he’s definitely consistently more competent here
@@rickyronny4019 the tmnt 2012 Mikey has a word to tell u or more like his actions will tell u ur wrong lol
@@Tradetek1 ?
there isnt alot on the 2003 tmnt but can you do raph and leo brotherly moments? since i always loved raph for saying in 2012 "i dont mind getting myself hurt, but my brothers"
in 2003 version i LOVED the scenes where Leo got stabbed and killed, basically twice, raph had the sound of "LEO! NOOOOOOOO" and rushed instantly to hurt karai who killed leo to avenge leo, just fits into raphs charachter so well, and makes it seem raph loves leo the most, he basically squares up against shredder instantly just because he got in the way of raph revenging leo getting hurt
Well after the 1st part of my ninja turtle story Mikey's been called chicken pie by Raphael and his brothers stood up for him I think this episode is a good recommendation for me
Amazing Video🤩😮😂🥺😊❤️
The 03 tmnt was awsome. 😢 i miss it.
It hasn’t been the same since 😔
True brothers.
Memories of watching this at grandmas house lmao
Probably the first TMNT I ever got to see, but the time It was emitted was so weird I could never watch It :'(
They got the whole show Dvd set on Amazon lol
I feel like this kinda sums up my relationship with my bro, kinda, he's in between being Leo and Raph, but at the same time, his actual name is Leo sooooooooo
Family is family and friends
I was wondering maybe if you could find TMNT 2003 clips with Mikey and Klunk?
I love Mikey and Klunk, and actually there’s already a compilation on UA-cam so you might wanna check that out.
Can you make a video with 2007 version you probably aren’t into that one (most people aren’t) but it’s worth a shot in asking I love the tmnt 2003 it will always make me smile❤❤
I don’t mind the 07 version, so I might do something!
More Sibling Moments Please ^^
Who should I do next? 🧐

"You like it?" 😂😂😂
That pumkin Leo or Leo-Lantern was ok but I think Mike-O-Lantern would’ve sounded better.
The Leader and the last survivor Ronin.
A G was born
1:16 Phineas and Ferb Cameo
TMNT Mikey 2003 is the best
2012- Raph and Leo are the best
When it comes to 2012, the latter is arguably the best! The former? Not even close!

What episode is 4:14 from?? I haven't watched it in so long, I kinda remember it but at the same time I don't lol
I believe it was sometime in season 4, I think it’s episode 14 but I might be wrong. If it’s not that, then it’s something close.
@@Vivigreeny25 Thank you!!
It’s from Season 4, episode 13: “Samurai Tourist”
