    Everyone does not sit at a desk. Some actually do manual labor.

    Dear Sura Flow, I tried your techniques but my work needs deep focus so I lost conscious living while working or studying. I'm still looking for working method since I work and study in most of hours in daily life. Now I am trying to be aware while not working studying such as walking, commuting and other activities. Thank you.

      I agree that it is hard to maintain conciouss while having to focus on complicated tasks. I think it needs a lot of practice but eventually if we keep at it, it will become a habit.

    I'm becoming confused by these techniques. Im a Buddhist and for me meditation is a religious practise like prayer or Bible reading is for a Christian.
