Philippine Arena is not owned nor funded by our government here. It is owned by a religious group here INC. The good thing is whether you're INC member or not, they are open to use the Arena to all Filipinos.

But in philippine arena anyone can perform there like concerts, tournament and etc. Thats why it named as philippine arena. :)

As a Filipino and an INC, I can definitely say that this place is amazing.
I've only been there two times and I also witnessed its construction back in the 2013.
The first time I've went there was for the 100 year anniversary of INC at July 27, 2014. I remember it being as multiple plays and traditional dance performances, even one person's mic was broken that time and he had to shout. When the person shouted, I realized that even though it's a huge place, you could still hear his voice fairly, maybe he was shouting from the top of his lung but I don't remember it being that way. I believe his mic got fixed though. The parking lot was also a great sight for spotting sports cars. Food services weren't that big back then, but it was a fun experience.
Second time I went there was for the 2019 SEA Games at November 2019. The entrance now has a museum of some sort, I don't really know how to describe, and there were so many booths for sorts of things. The food services has definitely gotten bigger though, the lines definitely sucked, I could say that. The performance in the main stage had a DJ in the beginning while the main performance was still not ongoing, it also included so many celebrity singers and sports champions, the likes of; Black Eyed Peas, Efren Reyes, Manny Pacquiao (But I believe that segment was pre-recorded), etc. There were also dancers that made flowers or something, and then the countries participating through carrying gigantic gates (Literally) of each respective country with the athletes going through them. It was a fun second experience.
I didn't even know the Philippine Arena was the biggest Arena ever at this time, and so recent too.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit kahit wala naman kaming pinupuna sa mga relihiyon niyo e lagi n'yong napapansin ang inc. 'Di po ba pwede na 'wag nalang po tayo magsalita laban sa isa't isa? Kasi po iginagalang po namin 'yung relihiyon and desisyon niyo, sana po ganoon din kayo sa amin. Respeto lang po hehe pareparehas tayong tao, sana may pagkakaisa at respeto tayo, para walang naaapakan at nalalamangan. Alam ko na naman po na may masasabi at masasabi talaga kayo pero kung kaya niyo po sana na isarili nalang, sa tingin ko po ay mas mabubuti 'yon hehe. Thank u

Maybe we are in the third world country but we did it. To inform you the government has no participication in this largest project in the philippines but its solely a project of Iglesia Ni Cristo( Chruch of Christ ) a religious organization in the philippines. A only a fraction of people of the country are members of this religion compare to the majority of catholic. But in the help of One True God and every help of every members our dream came true. Im proud to be member of Iglesia Ni Cristo ( Church of Christ ). We use this largest arena mainly for member's activities and special gathering.
