I still remember my sister Roshni Tamang who use to give me a drink of tongba/tingba which is really very wonderful drinks. Napalis has different types of drinks and all those drinks are really very tasty. I love their drinks and I'm from Manipur India.
❤
Very interesting. Liked. Thankx.Godbless u.
My grandma prepare rice wine using glutinous or red rice and store on a clay pot. Love it. Thanku for sharing, it reminds me of her
Glad you liked it.
Thank you so much for the info.
Can the leftover solids on the stainer/filter after straining to make Jaad still be used to make the 3rd sweet type?
Glad you liked it.
What is the alcohol level of strong wine approximately??
Nobody can tell you that. Because no Hydrometer was used in this video before and after fermentation. Hence the ABV cannot be calculated.
what type of rice you use?is it ok to use glutinous rice?
Glutinous rice, tapioca, corn rice and sago are the best due to their high starch content.
May I use normal indian basmati??
@@sprit_psychic_path yes you can
Is jasmine a good rice or gluten free long grain rice
Hello dear friend, how are you? Sorry, we do not have rice balls in Iran. Can we use bread yeast to make rice beer instead of lime balls? Thank you.
It should work, give it a try..
It won't be good. Bread yeast works for wine and mead etc but not as much for rice
But yeah try it and see, worst case it's bad, best case it's good.
Is it beneficial?
it alcohol. You decide.
This is also a natural probiotics
Thank you so much
I saw some put water in it too.
Can we used powdered yeast?
yes
Yes of course
That’s a lot of work for 3 glasses of wine!
Yes, it is but its definitely tastes best of all. Most importantly traditional way to brew one.
Hindi namn kailangan kamayin yan, gumamit namn kayo ng sandok, gumagawa ako ng ricewine pero diko nmn kinakamay at diko din hinahaloan ng tubig ,,,
sir after 3-5 days pwede napo ba ihiwalay yung rice sa wine? tas yung wine nlang yung ifeferment o isstock pra mas tumapang ung alcohol?
IS THAT LONG GRAIN RICE?
Thank you for showing the process of making rice wine.
Super product l like it
Hi any kind of yeast is OK.
Dried yeast I think
Is there is any side effects of Nigar
I'll like to know
My favourite is also Sweet Wine. Rice wine is the best.
That's gr8 to know we have the same taste.
Same here. Sweet is the best. But sometimes the good is also good but I don't like the strong its for old people. Love from NORTHEAST INDIA.
When I watch the video I also feel like I like the sweet one cos there's no wastage. I wonder, though, can the leftover solids on the strainer after filtering the Jaad still be used to make the sweet one?
In most videos I've seen for Nepali rice wine, the solids on the strainer after straining aren't used... In Sarawak we use the solids in cooking... But then maybe it's different cos ours is fermented for 3 weeks...
Where i get yeast ball? Or can u send me through courier?
simply use baking yeast if yeast ball not available
@@tenpoll baking yeast is not the same. It will technically ferment and you can use it for other things like wine and mead but you need the "yeast ball" or koji for rice.
@@babaG819 I would like to invite you to drink my homemade rice wine and ginger beer using the same yeast I used for baking bread, except I already drank them, got nicely buzzed too.
@@tenpoll totally fair, I know it works and I've never tried it myself but I've heard mixed results from bread yeast with rice. I just saw a lot of people asking in the comments and wanted to share what I've heard.
Nice 😊I am full support Nepal
Is it smells like womet
not really
ஒரே புளிப்பு குடிக்கவே முடியவில்லை.
Yeast ball எங்க வாங்குனிங்க
without koji ?
Use any yeast? How much yeast i add for 1/2kg rice.
Half ball of Yeast is enough.
@@foodywithrt3676 use any type of yeast or only Chinese yeast balls
Seems fairly easy, will try it. Thanks.
Glad you liked it.
Don't you stir this every day
Plz reply my question
Is it drink
👌👌😄😄
Is Nigar is safe to drink
Yes i drink it everyday u get no hangovers.
How to know the appropriate day from 10-15 days for filtering contents of jar.
Sir I have 3 important questions can you please answer
what if we use 1 whole tablet of yeast in half kilo rice?
and what can make it dangerous ??
and one more question is the ratio of 1 kilo rice:1 tablet of yeast is good??
I mean you can't really make poison with rice, the worst thing that can happen is that you will have a diarhea...that't it... If you are afraid, drink a cup one day,if you are ok after that, you can drink the whole thing :))))
Where can we get Chinese yeast balls?
Amazon has them. Many Asian supermarkets carry them too. Just Google “ yeast balls.”
