One difference though; Red’s Handyman Corner lasted much longer than Tim’s Tool Time. Keep in mind that Red Green’s Show ran between 1991 and 2006 and Home Improvement ran between 1991 (later in the same year Red Green’s Show first aired) and 1999.

I have been looking for this clip for a long time. I love it. I actually design speakers for a living and this is just simply hilariously awesome. What show was this from because I thought I had every Red Green episode from the Box set and all the Special DVDs too and I could not find this sketch. Thanks for uploading this. Very Handy !

I've always wanted to find a copy of that all-brass Washington Post March cover that Red plays here. It's much better than the standard versions that switch to flutes for some sections.

I thought about pirating this show, but I couldn't do it. I respect the creators too much. this show is part of my childhood and I've even been to a live show when I was young. watching this show was one of the few times I got to just hang out with my dad. although pirating the show would be more convenient, I'd rather watch it online and give them add revenue.
The only thing that spoils this is the canned laughter? I laughed anyway at what was enacted without a problem. Must be an American thing to be prompted to laugh on lesser quality shows?
