- Hi and welcome back to my kitchen. So in this weeks video I am going to show you how I pipe cupcakes with my four favourite piping tips from the Russian Piping tip set. Out of the four, three of them give a very similar effect to a tulip, but with some subtle variations, and the fourth creates a really pretty rose design.
I have put a link to all the piping tips that I used in this video on my blog at: www.cakesbylynz.co.uk/index.ph...

I'm happy that my son bought me a Russian pipe for cakes decoration. Now I can use them on my bday on May 😊😊😊.

Thank you for this awesome tutorial!! I have been intimidated by the Russian tips and now feel excited to try them. 😊
Great video with very clear instructions! Thank you for sharing! 💖🙏✨
Awesome, helpful video....and I think it's the PERFECT amount of icing!
It looks pretty but it is way more icing than I actually want to eat.
The rose one was my favorite!

Hello! Just started watching your videos ~ Wow, you make it look so easy ~ I can't wait to make some cupcakes (with your recipes) and get piping!
Thank you ~ I have subscribed *
It’s just superb!
Great video! I would just recomend making the flowers a bit shorter to make them look more real, and use less icing , but great video, very helpful!
With the way the Russian Tips are designed, you can't really make the flowers shorter. They are meant to be really 3D and come out at you vs traditional piping tips.
Just got Russian piping tips today n so excited to try all these!! Thankyou for the excellent tutorial!!🌸🧚🏻♀️🙏🏼🧁👍🏼

Cookie Gift Can Queen sells Sweetex Hi-Ratio shorting on Etsy for home bakers in small quantities for professional tasting icing. Just wanted to share with my fellow bakers. Thank you so much for your video tutorial! Amazing!
Amazing
I like the rose tip the best
Danke💖
Thanks 😇
this is really pretty but I think the egg whites icing is probably better for this kind of design as it dries very fast.
Well explained...tqvm😘
Im gonna use russian piping tips for our kumbira contest!
U r so pretty mem like pink flower 🌸
I love your videos so very much! It’s okay to have little holes from air in my buttercream? How do I make it smoother please?
Thank you!

Beat it LONGER...especially in the butter stage...and make it "slightly" thinner. It's a fine line for correct consistancy. Beat it, beat it, beat it.
The only thing about these tips, if your frosting is not Really Smooth every air pocket, air bubble will show
Thank you for video, can i ask what size cake cases you're using, are they fairy cake size, normal cupcake size or muffin cake size?
Great video to show technique, but that's A LOT of icing for a cupcake. Would have love to see smaller flowers and what they look like. This size looks good for a cake.
very nice i really like itbso much..mm
Espectacular...! Pero no soy muy experta en el inglés y hay palabras que no logro entender, será posible y traduzcan y pueda leer , para poder entender todo completo... jajaja gracias!
What color of Wilton green did you use in the video as there are different types?

Couldn't send images by this page
If you are have email addres then will send images
I love it👌 can I ask if only buttercream that I need for frosting or ca I use other Italian Meringue ? Thanks
Momshie Gracia you need a stiff frosting in order for the piping tips to work so meringue *might* work. I think it’d be a matter of playing around and seeing what works
KittenGoesGrr Thanks for the idea👌
Great job madam.really beautiful.what is the Russian tips number you used.
For the flowers do I add white frosting it looks like the tips have white on them?
Can we use this piping for whipping cream,?
Where I can buy book related Russian piping nozzles tips
WoooooooooW 🇩🇿
Beautiful? Which tips are those? Is there a link to buy them? Thank you so much
Lol the link is in the description
What frosting did you use?
It just seems like way too much icing but it's cute.
Laurie Lane ,ö
I hear this a lot and i thought i would advise you and others. It is not necessary that you eat all the icing. The icing is as much there for decorating purposes as it is for eating. It's your cake so you choose whether to eat or not but I advise you not to. Just scrape off what you don't want😉
*Perfect amount of icing lol! Yea only eat what you want, and scrape off what you don't want to eat.*
Beauty
How much icing/butter do you use to get the right consistency for the flowers
What is the buttercream consistency for russian piping tips?
Hi can yoh please talk about what type of cream you use consistency and even better a video on how to make it as it makes all the difference. I tried making normal butter cream all the roses meltrd lol
iv seen a lot of chefs using Italian Buttercreams , if doing tulips in two tones it really comes out sharp
May I know why does the flower petals go down after the pipping. They aren't set together
Can u please post ur icing recipe
Have you ever tried something other than buttercream? Everyone I watch seem to only use buttercream, and I'm curious about how well something like whipped cream frosting would work.

You need a frosting that holds it own. Stiffer is better
Not stiff enough but don't take anyone's word for it. Try it yourself
👍👍👍👍🌻
why have i not your channel found you earlier🙀
I'm so pleased you have found it now. I hope you enjoy the tutorials
@@CakesbyLynz you are simply amazing👍🏻
Which brand of Russian piping tips you use

What size are your cup cakes mine look small to yours

Very nice video. Please show the nozzle no
Where did I get these nozzles

Sooooo ptetty
My buttercream always turns out gritty. I use a hand mixer, will it not work?
Anushko Nandy put some milk, and sift always
Cresty Fernandez I have, always, and the milk was always at room temperature
Anushko Nandy I used a cold one 🙂
Hi Annushko. Yes it will definitely work, I find with a hand mixer I just have to mix it for a little longer until it has gone really creamy. Also once the buttercream has been mixed you could use a spatula to smooth the buttercream a little more against the side of the bowl which sometimes helps with it being less gritty.
CakesbyLynz ohh okay okay. Thank you so much!!
👍👏👏👏💘💙💚
Butter cream recipe pls
Is this smbc cream?
Hi Rea, This is actually American buttercream, you can find the recipe that I use for my buttercream in my videos.
