The first eruption in Iceland has begun and it is not looking good for the town of Grindavik.
The eruption site is extremely close to the town and unlike the previous eruption 1 month ago, this one has major destructive potential due to it's location and proximity to the town.

So sorry for the people of Grindavik. I hope you get some help starting your new lives. I live in an area in California that has been through many wildfires and have many friends who have lost their homes and communities. The difference is that most have been able to rebuild.
