Bodycam DUI Arrest - Drunk Woman Can't Keep Track of All She Drank

- On April 20, 2024, Hoboken police officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident. The first officer to arrive interviewed the woman who was hit from behind. He then interviewed the 29-year-old woman who was at fault. She indicated that she had consumed 2 margaritas many hours before driving. A few minutes later, she denied drinking margaritas and instead indicated she drank 3 glasses of wine. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests and she was eventually arrested for DUI. The police report indicates she submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.17% BAC. Her charges are discussed at the end of the video. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
3 glasses of wine, 2 margaritas, and a partridge in a pear martini.
hahahaha
😂😂 The drunk days of Christmas.
Brilliant!
😁😁😁😁😁
Clever! Thanks🇫🇷🌻
insane to crash into somebody’s car because you were a bit tipsy and on your phone not paying attention then say the person you hit is “making a scene”
But she only just lightly banged into her. Like saying yeah i killed her but just barely. She's only slightly dead.
It's always two drinks. Every time. Exactly two.
Apart from she said two drinks (margrethes) and three glasses of wine (sorry for spelling)
Yes. Always coming from a friends and always going home too😂
Two pints…of vodka.
Always literally like just around the corner literally from like home.
Always literally like no like idea where their literally their ID or like literally their like insurance like or their registration literally like is. 🙄
@robertk2007 and usually their home is right down the street from where they got pulled over😂😂
It’s a dead giveaway that someone is a drunk driver when they give their entire life story after being asked “what happened?”
She said way too much at the beginning.
The one that over-explains and includes utterly IRRELEVANT details is the guilty one. So obvious. “So, tell me what happened here..” “Well when I was six I found nickel, and that was when I decided…”
She started with two drinks, margaritas, then it changed to three glasses of wine. She is full of it.
😂
Exactly!! Soon as she started talking I started yelling "shut up" "only answer what he asked" plus the couldn't find any documents. The innocent party found her info in seconds lol
Alcohol certainly doesn’t help with that! 😂
😅😂🤣😭 so true
First lady: totally organised, documents to hand.
Drunk lady: disorganised, can't find documents, hadn't bothered to replace front plate to make car legal after accident two years previously.
and had long dramatic story
I know, I was listening while doing dishes and within 4 seconds of the first woman talking I knew she was not the cause of the accident. She has her docs, only tells the relevant details of what happened and is mostly unemotional.
I think she wants to build a case for a lawsuit. The care was barely bumped. But she’s claiming whiplash.
I couldn’t really see much damage on either car.
@user-pi8vh7yb9h how is she doing that? She didn't even want an ambulance.
For those of us who watch a lot of these vids, that first woman is a breath of fresh air. She didn’t hand the officer a gift card, a wet wipe. She had everything ready. It’s almost like she’s sober.
Come on man, but the wet wipe was the best I seen you can even use them for phones 😂
Except she claimed she got whiplash from a little tap from behind.
Imagine being SOBER while driving. You’re just talking crazy now
The comparison is hilarious. Incredibly scary, but hilarious.
She’s setting herself up for compensation!
The use of the word "Literally" should be de-facto proof of DUI, no field tests required.
Or the word basicly
And the word "like".
Lol
Lol
Bro too.
“I bumped her and she’s causing a scene” as the lady proceeds to cause NO scene💀
I think by “causing a scene” she meant “the lady she hit insisted on calling the police”
She didn’t even want an ambulance!
I think her verbiage was "tapped".
Good grief. These people barely are equipped to meet the responsibilities of functioning in daily society, let alone getting behind the wheel of a 3,000 lb weapon.
It's terrifying.
Agreed!
Well put!
You're absolutely correct.
With registration, proof of insurance and sobriety you can avoid accidents and having to "freak out". Also, eat more than just avocado toast for dinner.
She can't keep her story straight. If you don't remember your lies it only gets worse.
So true, and one lie leads to another.
Even if you are innocent never talk to police.
You cant assume everyone is as honest as you.
Most honest people can't believe c0ps are dishonest.
I had two margaritas....I had three glasses of wine....I didn't have margaritas...lol
And of course: I’m freaking out
Yeah she went from having had 2 margaritas, to not liking tequila and having had 3 glasses of wine. Lol
😂😂
Wait, wait, she hasn’t put her license plate back on for TWO YEARS!!?? Like, literally, like, like, literally, I’m,like freaking out, like, literally. She says she has an accident two years ago, but she’s so nervous because “she’s never been in a situation,” Do you think she ever tells the truth? Everything she’s said is a lie.
It’s not required to have license plates in the front in some states
Literally 😂
Like literally !😮
In portland it doesn't even have to be your car...with no plates...😮
I literally couldn’t stop laughing 😂
Wait, she said 2 margaritas, then she changed her story to 3 glasses of wine, then changed again to margaritas, then said she doesn’t drink tequila….. WTH? Get your lies straight, girl 😳.
They do make white wine margaritas. 😂
@@alisonponce8337yeah but you’d think she’d be able to know the difference between them
If you want to use your phone, just TAKE THE BUS, driving is for DRIVING
Or if you're drinking!!!!
It's pretty simple to safely pull to the side of the road or into a parking lot if you need to use your phone, but most people are convinced that they can do it while driving.
You can just talk and it’ll txt it. People are crazy.
No registration with her, no insurance, no front license plate, she had two margaritas...No, She had only 3 glasses of wine. Phone is at 1% and can't get home without GPS.
What a mess
@kennethbrown8723
🤣🤣
Maybe then she can also call that mysterious, hard to find Insurance company for her policy
😂😂😂😂 unbelievable . I feel so normal and organised after watching this one 😂👍🏻
Caused an accident, 0.17% double the limit, distracted on her phone, and no insurance. 17:17 “Turn around you’re being placed under arrest” … Drunk hot mess: “Are you kidding?!?!?”
I know right? Just crazy
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂 talk about entitlement!
Plus, she barely tapped the car in front of her, causing the victim to be overly dramatic about this whole thing🙄🙄. Lol
She doesn't consider that she's lucky it WAS a just a tapped bumper & not a full out crash with dead bodies!
drunk drivers always have dramatic stories of what happened
in particular, women do this much more than men... they tend to add all types of irrelevant personal information and feelings.
Sometimes stupid women do it without being drunk 🤦🏼♀️
Dramatic lies
@@levalpatthere is always someone who feels the need to bring in irrelevant information and feelings, like gender.
@@e-4051 gender is very relevant.... as a generalization, men and women react differently to same situations.... just watch 100 of drunk drivers youtube videos.... you will probably notice that most of these videos involve females even though 80 percent of drunk drivers are male.... why do you think this is so... female drunk drivers due to their wild expression of emotions and feelings tend to be more entertaining....... gender plays a major role..... and when you add alcohol to it and when it involves young females.... it can escalate into irrationality and hyper emotions very quickly..... this is not a sexist comment... just a reality. men and women are both human beings... but different in many ways.
It’s people like this that makes all of our insurance increase!! Pisses me off!
Is it a prerequisite for all drunk drivers not to have all their documents. That seems to be the issue in all the stops I have seen.
I know 😂right
Honestly- I always think they have it, they’re just too drunk to find it. Most of the videos I see, once the cop checks the vehicles- the documents are right there
@@lexisinka6021Definitely!
Yes, because they have an irresponsible attitude about life.
Right?
"I'm freaking out!!" (maybe if I act all distressed and tragic I'll get more sympathy) 😏
Exactly. And it actually has the opposite effect. It let's them know you have reason to freak out. Whenever possible in life keep yourself together.
They always play that card.
I really appreciate your videos and the fact you don’t feel the need to constantly interrupt with stupid commentary like others do.
This part
Once you’re asked to do a field sobriety test, you’re doomed. I’ve never seen anyone pass.
I passed one! I was slightly amused they thought I was drunk, so I was having a time focusing and kept laughing during the FST. But I passed. I just lacked in the ability to concentrate at the time
@@jlob5296 Congratulations! I wish I’d been able to see it.
Well they aren’t going to post those as often if ever, not entertaining. I do think that once they ask you to do the tests, they think you are impaired, even if you “pass” or do great, if you blow zeros or under the legal limit, then you will be ok. Just don’t ever drive if you’re going to drink more than ONE drink in 3 hours.
@@angeldip5797 Excellent advice. Too bad I didn’t take it in my drinking youth…I don’t advise it; I was extremely lucky. I no longer can drink..very boring.
I imagine there are many, many people who pass the Field Sobriety Tests because they are not drunk. However, we never see those video's on UA-cam because the person was not arrested. Who would want to watch a video of someone behaving calm and in control doing everything perfectly, when we can see so many other people acting crazy and resisting arrest and shouting non-stop profanities?
She’s trying to work herself into a frenzy. Can’t keep her story straight. Never replaced front plate from two years ago. On the phone while driving. No insurance. Way to go honey. May as well start crying right now.
she's the epitome of low class
"I literally cannot deal with being an adult so i am going to fake an anxiety attack...and probably have PTSD from having to pay my electric bill."
As soon as you hear the word “literally” repeatedly used incorrectly, you can nearly be certain that a drunk is about to unleash their idiocy and whiny excuses.
And sure enough…🙄
Lliddurallly🤪😂
When she said "AvACado ToasT aND LieK somE FRies" i lost it 🤣 🤣 🤣
😂😂😂
I was like what kind of a meal is that?? No wonder she's impaired.
Me too! 😁
Also who let her out dressed like that?
@@karenweaver134The boozehounds spend their money on liquor, not mirrors, silly! They like to look like exploded cans of biscuits or streetwalkers. Her outfit is actually somewhat reasonable, not three sizes too small like we usually see here. Being a lush is not cute.
Something these videos really highlight is how professional and kind police officers are, often when they have good reason to be angry.
I know, bless them! 🙏💙
And to think that body cams were put in place to protect the public... It definitely seems more of a benefit to law enforcement, which I am grateful for. 😊
I think most police officers are nice. The bad ones are really really bad
A DUI haiku:
I just had two drinks
I live just down the road there
I only had two
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Avocado toast tonight…. 💨
Faking wiping tears, stating that she’s “freaking out right now because I’m afraid my whole life is going to be ruined.”? Guilty all day long, what a liar too. Two margaritas, then three glasses of wine, then no margaritas…..blah, blah, blah. Can’t stand drunk drivers. Too bad they rarely suffer severe consequences.
When she's waving her hands at her face and shaking them and saying she's freaking out...drama queen
So tell me what happened Ma’me:
So like I just like broke up with my boyfriend and I was going to see my friend and I was on my phone and the GPS was acting funny and I was driving toward my apartment and was plugging in my phone and…
So you were in an accident?
Yes.
You left out all the “Likes”. lol
😂
….and the “literally”.
Don't tell a cop. "I feel like my life's about to be over" when it's just a fender bender - you might be giving yourself away. 😃. He would have figured it out anyway but she's kind of telling him 1st 😃
Wowza i had whiplash once, couldn't move my head like driver did
It’s not usually instant…whiplash is usually delayed…depending on how it happened. There might be a little instant soreness but not being able to move starts hours later.
My thought too! I couldn't move my neck for two weeks and it was within a few minutes of being hit
She using her phone while driving and she was drinking before
She admitted to traffic offences straight away 😂😂
How the Hell are you going to use GPS to get home if you've got 1% battery life left ?? (Literally, LOL)
She’s freaking out over a front license plate? I’m guessing that she hasn’t ever had a real problem in life.
She WOULD eat avocado toast.
Lol my thoughts exactly
😂😂😂
What’s wrong with avocado toast? It’s good for you.
She gonna be eating some muff in prison
With French fries😂😂
A USB fast charger for your car's cigarette lighter costs less than $10 bucks!
About the same as a margarita, we all know what choice she made.
Cars dont have lighters lmao
Woman: *no insurance, drunk, on phone, crashed into car*
Officer: Accountability- you are under arrest.
Woman: *shocked pikachu face*
Liar, she says she's never been in this situation before but had admitted at the beginning when he asked her about the missinf license late that she had an accident 2 yrs before - that's on top of the margarita/wine issue
She’s had no license plate for 2years??? Did I get that right?
@@elainevarian8341
The front plate was missing. For 2 years. After her last accident. When she was probably also drunk driving and rammed into the back of another car. And she hadn’t had time to put the plate back on. But then, “nobody said anything about it” not being on her car so she just didn’t bother to put it on. Literally and like 🙄
She got herself another charge by admitting she was using her phone. Hopefully she gets a ticket for the front license plate too, Jesus these people have an iq of a rock.
Hey that’s not very nice on the rocks! Different rocks have different energies that can help you. Wayyyyy more IQ than this girl!

“I’m like freaking out right now.” 😳
Note to everyone watching: It's always a good idea to have an ambulance come check you out. When you're hit you get full of adrenaline and that can mask any actual injuries. When you leave the scene it starts to wear off and that's when the pain can really set in. You can get in an accident and feel fine and need to be hospitalized hours later.
Thanks, Mom! 😂
@@JanieBgrandMom is smart.😂
Every time I’ve been hit, I was fine until the morning after. Always, always take ibuprofen before bed and drink a lot of water.
I agree. I often think of Natasha Richardson’s deadly ski accident, after which she declined medical care and passed away, not long afterward. 😢
Absolutely! My car got totalled when a guy ran a light. I was fine for 25 minutes on scene, kept telling them I was ok and didn't need EMTs. I could move my head and neck, felt revved up from adrenaline, but fine.
They kept saying I should go to the hospital.
Then suddenly I got dizzy, threw up, and fainted. Adrenaline wore off and I got shocky. My neck is still injured after 3 years.
I have to say this police officer was really good. Very professional
She had good balance for someone with that much liquor I wonder if she drinks a lot daily.
Some people don’t show signs of intoxication
Out of all the DWI videos I've seen, she seems like the most sober one. No slurring or anything...
She prob could have got out of it if she would have just been more calm and composed.
Just her liberal use of the word “literally” which is a dead giveaway.
She was double the legal limit.
she ratted herself out-looked like she passed sobriety test
I guess it's a little refreshing that she didn't flip out. You watch enough of these and start thinking everyone is crazy.
It's like dogs who bark don't bite
Has she not ousted herself saying she drank right off the bat, she more than likely would’ve been able to drive home.
I’m thinking she probably smelled of booze. You can’t hide it.
Luckily she didn't get to drive all the way home, she !at have caused a major accident. She does appear to be sober though.
Keeps changing her drink order
She couldn’t decide, so she had both!
😂😂😂
I’m nervous 😬 she’s got the vapors. Did she check her hair and collar like a 100 times
The fact that DUI in NJ is not a crime is part of why this happens so frequently there. There's literally no consequences outside of the arrest.
Except the police are required to tow your car. To redeem it you have to have a valid license and insurance and the registration. Tow fees plus impound fees add up quickly.
Idiocracy was not supposed to be a manual.
If she says I’m Freaking Out one more time I’m gonna FREAK OUT!
Me too.
Now you've got ME freaking out. Stop it! 😁
I really like that the officer convinced the victim to be checked out before driving. Whiplash is nothing to play around with.
I was hit from behind while at a red light on my motorcycle. I didn't feel it right away because of adrenaline. When it hit it hit. Yikes it was painful.
@@princesspiplaysbass Oh gosh - that is scary having that happen while on a motorcycle. I hope that it hasn't caused long term effects. Hang in there and stay safe!

The lady that was hit was claiming whiplash? SCAM. The other car’s airbag did not even deploy.
Deploying airbags doesn't mean, whiplash didn't happen. I was hit by two vehicles behind me. No air bags deployed on any vehicles. Whiplash was evident

She wasn't at all surprised that she was being arrested... She was very calm and compliant about it
She was the kid in school to remind the teacher of last night’s homework
Nice! 😂

PSA: if you get into an accident and "feel fine" it's still best to get check out at the emergency room because symptoms may take 2-3 days to show up. Then you'll feel really bad and waiting could've caused more damage. Better safe than sorry.
Very true. When our daughter was little someone hit my husband while he was taking her to school. Our daughter went to the hospital and felt fine but ended up having pretty serious spinal damage that showed up days later. She's had lifelong issues since.
I had 3 glasses of wine… and two margaritas but I’m absolutely fine to drive… literally like literally…
So she had 5 drinks 😂😂😂 this lady doesn't know how to keep her story straight...if you are going to tell a story make sure you remember your story 😂😂😂
5 drinks that she admits to, it could be higher
The only consistent part was mentioning she drank at 2pm (2x)..distancing herself time wise so they won't think it was more recent...
Wow. The only person the drives a car that does not have a phone charger in their car and their phone is at 1%?
😂😂
I don't have a charger in my car, but I have never let my phone get lower than 45 percent charge.
My last car was a 2010 and no charger I could buy would charge more than like 1% a dang hour.
I don't have any documents, the other woman was being mean, and my phone died. SAVE ME! WAAAAAAA!
She says she has whiplash, then she demonstrates by flipping her head back.
Oh yeah she's lying! Just setting up for a lawsuit! 🤨
That’s exactly what I was thinking 🤔.
I was hit from behind and felt fine that entire day. The next morning I couldn’t lift my head from my pillow. Most of us understand what actions will result in a whiplash even if it’s not felt immediately.
Whiplash injuries are often delayed. It's covering your butt.😂
She said she didn't need to go to the hospital, if she was trying to set up a lawsuit, she'd been wailing in pain and insist on getting an ambulance there
Not a scratch or a dent, zero damage on either car yet somehow the first lady is suffering "really bad whiplash." Ok. 😆
😂If she had "really bad whiplash" she wouldnt have re-enacted the whiplash movement. But why not get an extra payday from a drunk driver.
@@jesush.tap-dancingchrist7328I agree with the first part. However, I don't agree with insurance fraud.
You can easily get thrown around in a car by getting hit and the car looks fine. The lady said she didn't need to go to the hospital, so she probably won't claim anything. If she was planning on scamming injuries, she'd definitely get "evidence" by going to the hospital and claiming a lot of pain.

The no insurance is just from what the ticket says. The cop has to mark no because he never took the info. She can show proof in court.
Didn't see much damage on vehicle. Probably not a hard enough hit to cause immediate whiplash like the Lexus driver claims to already feel. Most likely setting up potential future lawsuit against drunken woman.
No front license plate for two years after a different accident , but no one bothered her about it before... uh.. okay but if it's supposed to be there then put it back on.
Admitted to drinking, "am freaking out", "am nervous" ... natural responses to being stopped after drinking and driving and hitting someone. First two margaritas then 3 wines but they went to a margarita place and she didn't drink them but then no, wasn't wine had two margaritas... but then all of the above. Omg
My phone died.. do you charge it? Or do I follow you to the station? lol no
How do these adults actually get through an entire day without getting so flustered and emotional
I thought so too. Not much visible damage (actually nothing at all). The Lexus driver was trying to claim medical insurance I think, and so the whiplash story. In some states you don’t need to have the front license plate, maybe that’s why they don’t bother much. But yes why not put it when you have it with you.
As for phone just plug in the phone and start the gps before starting the trip…I think she tapped the front car by mistake, unfortunately for her the Lexus driver is a bit tedious
She is also nervous because she doesn't have insurance 😂 I thought the same thing about the woman she hit. I'm sure that woman is looking for a payout! When she said whiplash and then the officer looked at her car, I called bullshit on the whiplash. I have had a couple of people hit me from behind when I was at a complete stop so hard that it pushed my trunk in, and I never felt sore until the next day.
