thank you thank you thank you! My Plumber came and did a bunch of work, turned the water off so I am hoping it was just a clog that is now cleaned out. Regardless I know how to regenerate.
So a successful regeneration is when the black tab makes it all the way around? I tried this and at the click, I hear something start, and see water getting pumped out to my drain, but after 12 minutes or so it stops and the black tab is still at the same spot (BRINE RINSE). Does that mean the cycle didn't complete? (also waited about 45minutes and checked the tab again and it still at the same spot). Thanks.

Why doesn't the top dial spin? Why does only the bottom one below that one spin?
The dial is metered and only moves when cycling..
Where can I buy the meter disc I need to move from a 4 to a 1.

why would I want to regenerate it manually?
I managed to regenerate the first tank. Then the second tank didn't regenerate and shut down all my water off.
