What are your thoughts on Harper's Preserve vs. Stillwater? We have friends that purchased in Stillwater, but I can't find anyone who has reviewed it beyond a brief mention of options near the Woodlands.
This is a great question. Harper’s will have more amenities including pools, but the traffic on 242 is bad. Stillwater has no real amenities, but the location is better in my opinion being on the west side of the freeway. Definitely could unpack this more, please reach out to our team below. There’s a railroad track that runs along the westernmost neighborhood of Harpers, behind Methodist Hospital. Do you consider that to be a con to moving to that neighborhood or have you heard anything about it being a nuisance to the people that live there?

Technically incorporated by city of Conroe but not part of what you’d typically call Conroe
