When you re-install a master-link clip, make sure the closed side is facing the chains direction of travel. If the open side of the clip is, it can catch and pop off supposedly. I’m sure it hasn’t happened but I’ve heard it’s a potential issue.
@@EndoNintendo yeah it’s a good tip. But that’s why it’s the Mediocre Man Channel it’s been that way for like a year now and I still have not switched it.
Thanks for telling me. I fixed it but they are out of stock. When you click the link it will take you to oage then click the size box and make sure 17teeth 17 mm 428

Thank you so much Jessica! It’s great for trail riding. I have had it now for about 1.5 years and it still works great.
What size socket did you use to get the chain cover and shifter off
I can’t recall but it was easy standard size. My bike is not here with me now or I’d check for you. I keep it at my ranch
Hi - I think you may have linked the wrong sprocket? You say you’re putting on a 17 tooth sprocket but the link takes us to a 17mm, 12 tooth sprocket.

Jay Sherman perfect! I added it to the description. Thanks!
What about even more teeth, like a 21 tooth set up? I mean if you don’t give a damn about torque on the low end.
Don’t think enough room. I think 17 is the max
You did not say whether it's a 17 mm or 20 mm for the drive shaft so now I have to buy both I can't find no one to mention the millimeter
Sorry you know it’s been a while but I think it’s 17mm
Also if you go on Facebook and join the DBX1 Tao Tao Riders group they will answer all the questions you have
I'm putting on nickel plated on mine rust proof
Does this 17 good with a 428 chain?
Yes
Do I have to buya 17 and a 20 mm or is someone going to tell me this guy doesn't say it I think it's 17 mm shaft
It is definitely 17mm I just checked
Most pits have 420 chain
Get a real helmet.
Anyone know if it's 17 mm or 20 mm
Definitely 17 mm
