I mean, based off the title, I entered into this agreement with an expectation & eagerness to see Dave Portney awkwardly mounting a Razor Scooter alongside a scooter collective of, presumably, totally sick brodudeguys. So, I enjoyed it as much as someone internally juggling a battle against vague disappointment & the holding of a grudge against an unknowing/undeserving(maybe) party possibly could enjoy anything at all.* [*There should have been Razor-style scooters, though. I feel as if the inanimate stars of this video are called mopeds or some other nonsense.]
